Congrats!! I believe you should contact your realtor for any specific advice, as they will know more about your particular situation and property but generally, make sure its inspected multiple times and hopefully you surrounded yourself with professionals who know what to look out for. I believe I have videos going through the home building process. Be flexible but firm..oxymoron but needed when buying new construction
