I'm from Houston and just visited Dallas and i used DART the whole time. DART is definitely the best public transit in Texas. Way more service than what Houston offers.

How about getting rid of those fabric seats on the trains and buses which smell awful and have bedbugs on them and replacing them with plastic seats.
