This is one of the really saddest scene in this series. Poor Handan and Ahmed! This scene is painful both sides.

Ahmed never respected her, never gave her importance she deserved. After all she was her mother, how can he behave so rudely with her. He always placed kosem on the first and never loved her mother enough ! And now when she was on the verge of death, he's realizing her importance, it's really sad, I wished she led a happy life💔 but things were not as expected in the series

Handan did Mistake..She was in Rltn with Dervish..But she could Remember that She is a Walide Sultan....Concubine of a Late Sultan..How she do This☹️ also she wanted to kil Eje hatun Before also So Many others..She attacked kosem nd Then lying..also She did Suicide Which is a Great sin😕 She wasn’t that much Kind or even Powerful.. But Sultan Respected & Love her alwayz

This series was really cold as compared to MY coz they showed hatice with Mustafa and mihrimah things changed later is a different story also mihrimah went against Mustafa but she had also a soft side for him in this series dilruba literally hated ahmet there was no scene of geverhan or atike with their Murat's children (after there were scenes of atike with Kaya) even all the siblings had rare scenes
It's very sad. I understand that Handan Sultan was distraught after the death of her lover and it's really hard to recover from such a loss, but she could think of people who need her in this world who love her, like Ahmet ... don't think about yourself at first only for others, so as not to give them your sorrow.
@Sweet Little Weasel she was a concubine...I don't know if ahmed's father really loved her or not...but concubines were always like slaves..
And ahmed's father was a cruel man,who killed his 19 brothers and his own son...so,no concubine can feel love for that miserable man..and afterwards,ahmed got kosem,who had a 1000000 times impact on ahmed than anyone...so handan sultan had nothing except embracing death....
Dilruba,if this series is history based got true punishment by being murdered...no child can be jealous like her....

I feel so bad for Handan Sultana. They should've allowed her to be happy with Dervish. I ordinarily like Kosem but she should've stayed out of this one. Dervish killed the former Sultan to save Ahmed.

Why was Dilruba so unceasingly awful? Even as a child she only ever spat on people.

The series is altered. Basically, they changed the story for the tv series. Much dramatic.

People were so selfish back then. If she has told her story I'm almost certain Ahmed would have forgiven her. It was well known that Ahmed's father was a a**wipe to his concubines.

If she was that kind then she would'nt have attacked - Haci Agha, Zulfikar Pasha and Mehmet Giray. Plus, She also attacked Kosem and when Ahmet asked her what had happend between them?? she said that Kosem tried to kill her and she attacked Kosem in self defense (which was obviously a lie). But let's just say that she was actually as kind as you are saying but that still doesn't mean that she deserved to be one of the most powerful Valide Sultan of the Ottoman empire. Cause being kind and being powerful isn't related in any way. Her being in love with Dervish Pasha was'nt bad through because you can fall in love with anyone it dose'nt matter whether you are a Valide Sultan or not. But still she was'nt that kind. The only thing I loved about her was : that she loved Ahmet. And again, "DANDY LENGYEL" is not a fool.
