2 eggplants.
6 tablespoons olive oil.
1 teaspoon paprika.
Black pepper to taste.
Salt to taste.
Oregano.
2 cloves of garlic.
Mix well.

2 zucchini and 2 eggplants.

70 grams of olive oil.
Salt to taste.
Black pepper.
1 teaspoon paprika.
2 cloves of garlic.
Mix all ingredients well.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Mozzarella cheese.
Cheddar cheese.
Bake in the oven for another 5 minutes.

1 zucchini.
Salt the zucchini.
Let stand for 20 minutes.
1 carrot.
1 potato.
Squeeze the water out of the potatoes.
Squeeze the water out of the zucchini.
Mozzarella cheese.
Onion.
3 eggs.
2 cloves of garlic.
Salt to taste.
Black pepper to taste.
1 tablespoon paprika.
Mix everything together.
2 tablespoons semolina.
oil for frying.
Form small balls and fry.
Fry for 6-7 minutes on each side.
Sauce: 3 tablespoons natural yogurt.
1 tablespoon mayonnaise.
1 teaspoon dried garlic.
Salt to taste.
Black pepper to taste.
1 tablespoon paprika.
1 cucumber.
Mix.
