its ev battery pack cells the battery pack has water damage issue and store for 6 months
All cells are dead but these are good cells

I tested lots of trick of boost battery but it won't work like TP4056, LITHIUM BATTERY CHARGER , battery to battery voltage transfer,mobile charger touch bhi kar ke dekha but kaam nahi kiya please reply
