I absolutely love this movie. It takes everything interesting and exciting about the previous three films and expands on those elements by being made in the twenty-first century and having a $150,000,000+ budget, which fits wonderfully with George Miller’s visionary ideas and style. In a lot of ways, this movie isn’t for everyone. It’s incredibly stylized and weird at times, but by being stylized and weird, it’s able to be memorable and spark conversation. If someone told me they thought Mad Max: Fury Road was a mediocre film, I don’t think I’d understand where they’re coming from because it’s such a distinct film. Personally, I don’t have any negatives with this film. For the movie it’s trying to be, I think it accomplishes its goals perfectly.
Rewatched it last week to see if my thoughts have changed on it, and while I’m still not a huge fan of it or have it sitting among my favorite movies or anything, it is a very good movie. The action and practicality of a lot of it is insane and does deserve credit. I’d go 7.5/10 with it personally
Watched this recently for the first time for Furiosa. The action genre is my favourite genre, and this is the exact movie that reminds me of why that is.
Even though it's a Mad Max movie, the star here is Furiosa. This is her story especially after watching the prequel, this feels like a part 2 of that movie but came out 9 years earlier.
Totally agree. We can say it's a 2 hour long non-stop chase action finale of Furiosa but came out 9 years ago.
Love this movie. Just watched last night for the first time since it was in theaters and forgot how much I loved it! Can't wait to see Furiosa today
Action packed from start to finish a roller coaster ride that you couldn't get off
Wow this review is like 9 years to late. Seen the movie like a 100times and it still is as awesome as the first time i saw it.
Saw last night in imax. Definitely enjoyed it. I had a bad headache from my allergies so I'll be honest the loud abrasive sound score really did me in but that's not the film's fault, it was me dealing with a terrible headache 😂 I only have a few nitpicking issues and that's the overabundance of CGI... that's all.

Mad Max: Fury Road (2015) is one of the greatest movies in cinematic history!
I thought it was okay the first time I watched it. Went back to the theater a few days later understanding the narrative is thin and just enjoyed the vibes. The movie is perfect when you sit back and let it swallow you whole

Good Review but why wait until Furiosa release in theaters until review Fury Road? It came out almost 10 years
I watched this on my phone through some questionable means but it was still a great experience. I will probably rewatch it sometime soon
When I saw this movie in 2015, I was familiar with Mad Max in name only. I had only seen pieces of Thunderdome as a kid lol
And my goodness. A month earlier in 2015 i had seen Furious 7. Fury Road made that movie look like Sesame Street. I think it may have been my favorite film that year!
I love this movie. Especially the soundtrack. In particular “Brothers in Arms”.
This two hour chase movie is just incredible. I think some people find it overrated. I do not. I enjoy it. It was my introduction to Mad Max.

This is probably one of the best and most insane action movie I have ever seen.
I don’t think I’ll ever understand the hype for Fury Road. The first hour is so mind numbingly tedious. I loved Furiosa though, mainly because there’s more to the characters and an emotionally satisfying story
Such an amazing movie. Unbelievable. Such a piece of art. Funny story about this movie. I was in the school watching a very bad torun. Copy of it yet. I was enthralled just amazing.

Never got the hype, it's fine but pretty forgettable overall.
When I watched this movie for the first time I was wondering if I was watching the wrong version or something. Because I wanted the one that everyone said was one of the best movies ever made, whereas I got the one where I thought it was just all right.
