One of my best friends needs to lose more than 200 pounds. She asked me to go on a long walk with her today. I'm working on pumping her confidence up enough so she will go swimming with me this summer. I can change my gym schedule to make time for aktivities with her.

I’ve seen your types come and go. I run a small landscaping business. when I needed to hire more staff, your type were the first to come to mind big bulky strong looking hired a couple over time. Turned out the little wirey lean looking guys were able to keep going and going all day and then some.
One thing I’ve noticed the big bulky gym guys have good strength but lack stamina and day to day strength.
They kept stopping all the time when in my industry and I’m paying them to put in a full 8hrs day it’s go go go.
I have equipments, so no reason to go to gym and Good Morning
