Feel speechless isn't? You see Sa Dingding is one of the very top soprano singer, and yet Zhou Shen's voice is not shy a bit in this song. Pure, clear, floating, heavenly angelic and harmony with each other.
Did you realize zhou shen's voice were perfectly blended into the melody from 5.49 - 5.59 ? That's really amazing!

Zhou Shen had performed more than a hundred singing performances in 2020!!! Among which there're 32 new ost songs. He further participated in several TV program with ~12 episodes each! Remember all these performances, programs and shows locate in different provinces in China that require him to fly & travel a lot!
We not only appreciate his wonderful and fairy like performance, but also respect his great effort & attitude towards his singing art. All are incredible & of top quality!

The beauty of Zhou Shen’s voice is so universal, that he has been appreciated by different generations in China. His root was in Chinese Folk music and yet he greatly benefits from Bel Canto with extraordinary and kind teachers from different countries. In the end, it’s always the humanity that shines in music.

Here's an interesting bit of information (According to Wikipedia) : In 1957 there were more than 350 variants of Chinese Opera Singing. Many of them have disappeared... but luckily the Chinese government is going all out to preserve Chinese minority cultures so the 162 styles remaining are likely to stick around ^_^ .

This is not Chinese opera. Sa Dingding uses some folk style and Zhou Shen combines pop and bel canto.
This performance is from a show called Ace vs Ace that Hua Chenyu MCs along with others. HuaHua and Zhou Shen's interactions were so cute on this episodd hahaha. ACE VS ACE is a pretty good show, I recommend it.

Sa Dingding is already a very famous singer in China. She is of Han Chinese and Mongolian mix and she is very famous with traditional ethnic songs. This is a perfect match of 2 top Chinese singers.

Sa Dingding is folk artist and this song is her song "Hua", you should listen original.
But more these types of chinese performances are from playback, you know? ;) That's why I prefer japanese music, japanese concerts must be great, especially rock and metal concerts are amazing. From pop music, Kokia has always amazing concerts, because she is amazing artist and on concerts she sings even better than in studio. Think a few people mentioned, but this is from Ace vs Ace 4 or 5 in any case Hua Hua is MC in both. It’s a real fun show, you should be able to find English subs, it would be most fun if you’d reacted to the entire episodes but only the performances is also good. The episodes are long, but it’s fun so you might wanna consider it. Maybe upload full reactions uploaded somewhere else or watch it in your own time.

It's not Chinese opera,.The genre is more like Chinese folk music combined with popular style. Sa Dingding is the writer of the song and she is a Chinese folk singer. The song is from her album All Survival intuited by Tibetan Buddhism.

Good reaction.but there is a problem,too many pauses,It’s like being choked while breathing~~~
TV station was blocking the video all of the time, I had to reedit the video and always remove a footage of the video and this is what we got left :(

Well, we are here for the reaction, we all know the song, right? I don't mind the pauses, but please don't cut the part of the song. In other reaction videos, people cover the video with some translucent background, make it only just to be seen, or cover it with very thick black stripes etc. hope this will help.
