    Glad to see I’m not the only one with a $100 pressure washer and $400 dollars worth of better accessories. The MTM nozzle calculator recommends a 2.0 for the baby Ryobi, which is what I bought but will be getting a 3.0. Thanks for all your work doing this!

    I'm currently try to 'soup up' my Ryobi EZ Clean. I have converted it to 1/4 quick disconnect and am gonna try it with 2.0 nozzles. I am also waiting for some foam cannon orifices to turn up, gonna try 0.8,0.9 and 1.00. It actually does quite a good job at spraying the car in stock form, but the Ryobi foam cannon is terrible.

    I'm on the fence between Ryobi 6ah battery whisper version $599 vs Active 2.0. I live in a town home so I don't have my own driveway. There are cars parked in front of my garage about 2 car length away so I need to wash my car parked close to my garage if I get active 2.0. If I get Ryobi, I can wash my car at freely open car wash space area. What would you recommend???

  • @cizcalodiablopanzon
    @cizcalodiablopanzon Před rokem

    Can someone explain something?
    I got this Ryobi 1800psi 1.2gpm washer and I learned you can change the nozzle so that you can play with the GPM and the psi. So i order the 3.0 mm nozzles. The stock nozzle says 15017. So i guess is 1.7mm but then when I used the 15030 i didn't see any difference in the flow but i heard the pump was being overworked it sounded just like when a car needs to shift gear... I though bigger orifice would make it work less but it sounds the opposite to me, louder and faster
    Why is that?
    and this is with all the 3.0 nozzles.

Look around on you tube and see how many detailers use Ryobi. These pressure washers are totally fine . I've had the one In the middle going on three years with no problems. The difference between a hot water/steam unit and a regular unit is the seals and rings. They won't swell and contract as much which also means they don't seal as well. why no tests on Canpump, Northstar , BE etc. they have 15 and 20 amp electric washers at the 750 to 1200$ range that some are servicable and compete with Kranzle? it would be refreshing to see a video on better washers than all these crappy ones. if you insist on getting the best of the best there are definately other options than Kranzle that are around the same price. with similar specs and output

      I find those all to be too janky to even consider. I also don't find them interesting. Also, the only reason I tested all these cheap ones is to figure out what fittings and nozzle size they need to provide a listing of support products to make them better. Those brands you mentioned sell very little, so there would be little benefit to that testing for me.

    I won't be surprised that pressure washer u buy for $1000 is made by same manufacturer that sells pressure washer for $80. Just like flex polisher. U can use same battery from flex polisher with SPTA.

    No one is more entertaining with pressure washer videos than Matt. I already have the Kranzle, and I still watch these fore the laughs 🤣 But with that said, it is interesting in the relationship with amps, pressure and flow.

    Thanks for telling it like it is, by not sugar coating the fact, that they are all disposable p/w's? I service large commercial units, and there is no fixing these junk boxes, not worth the effort? It's always the pumps, even on the large units with belt drive pumps? Brushless or regular motors, the pumps are all junk universal plastic units?
