The speed change for neon was only for strafe movements and not forward speed so the test you performed didn’t show the changes that well. You should’ve had neon sprint either left or right.
You can tell Riot wants to make duelists more relevant (besides just Raze and Jett, who are in like 80% of the games). The Reyna changes are good, because it encourages players to play with the E instead of just the healing. The Neon buffs are kinda crazy, considering she recovers her E 3 times faster now. People might freak out over the Raze nerfs, but they did not impact her damage at all, so she's still fine.
Wdym with the Reyna one, E Dismiss and Q healing is two different abilities and both are situational. There is no point using Dismiss if no enemies are nearby or in sight after killing someone, and there is also no point healing if health is already full (which i sometimes do). It is also situational to use either Q or E if it's in the middle of battle. If i can hide but the heal will not be cut by wall, i will definitely use it instead of Dismiss.

They said they were focusing on Duelists this patch and unfortunately they also said they don’t plan any other big rebalances for a little while but I’m praying he gets his well-earned buff.

We got a patch fixing the controllers (4.04), we got a patch fixing duelests (8.11), now we need a sentinel patch buffing sage, deadlock, and chamber with tweaks to kj and cypher. Then the game might finally be in equilibrium if we get Pheonix and harbor buffs

Not a fan of Neon changes, 3 dashes (+1 from ult) and 20s to replenish her speed while have accuracy of first two shots during dashing makes her have constant ult mode 24/7, her suffocating pressure and map spacing will be great with Skye birds and Yoru TPs. W buff but it's too much. Big fan of the Reyna mode, tho most Reyna don't like the instant inaccurate shots for missing and spam, I like it for their montage modes. And yeah as a noob I can use her hold down a specific place with Odin.
Honestly I feel like if you're gonna give Neon zero movement error while sliding, Raze should also get zero movement error when in the air from satchels.
I seriously don't like the changes to Reyna, they same seriously tone deaf. First off, Why not add a 2 kill refresh to Reyna's e? Being that it's now less impactful, it wouldn't be anything near OG god Reyna and also since she can't activate until after a kill, she would only have an extra charge after her third kill at the earliest, assuming she uses a charge after her first kill. In which case she would get to a maximum of 4 uses per round which is a max of 200 healing, the same amount she had in the first place. Also the nerf makes her ult significantly weaker when it was already weak. While the timer removal is nice, it was rarely a big deal and now she will heal less per kill which makes the momentum of the ult weaker bc she can't risk taking as many fights and more importantly, part of the benefit of ulting was the invisibility which allowed Reyna to scout ahead or wait out until or etc without the enemy knowing but being that the duration of dismiss is reduced, it means she cant make use of that perk of the Ult, nearly making it obsolete. Finally, they completely failed to address her blind which does almost nothing and is the weakest blind in the game even while still being tied for most expensive. Reyna will continue to be obsolete in pro play because of the totalack of addressing her usefulness as an entry and will now just become more or less useless because her recoverability factor is nowhere near as good -which was her defining characteristic- while she still doesn't have the mobility of other duelists and doesn't have the ability to refresh util like literally everyone else in the game. An alternative solution is to make the blind her signature ability with a 2 kill refresh while reducing the charge limit to 1 and increasing the effectiveness which would make her a much more reliable entry Fragger especially if the blind gave her some kind of temporary buff but I'm just spit balling her bc I think they totally failed to address the actual issue with Reyna here .

Neon movement speed increase only applies to sideways speed. It's not total speed. So bhopping is actually better to do as well than before.
Is "Sideways" speed just when you Hold 'D' and then strafe with 'w' and 's'. Or the normal Bhop with W-D, W-A?

Haven and new map Abyss rotating in, Breeze and Split rotating out, no changes to any maps from what we’re aware of.
