Thanks for this video. Im shopping around for a e-dirtbike and this popped up on my radar. I am looking at Sur Ron, TimeET, Stealth Bomber and now CAB. I love that CAB is USA made. Most bikes are Chinese made so finding a US made bike is icing on the cake for me.
A lot of great bikes there! I did end up buying as Sur Ron. Hard to beat the price and after riding a hub motor I’m now sold on mid drive! Better balance and less weight. Thank you for the comment and hope this helps!

After you cut the green wire, because you’re limited to 20 miles an hour it will do right at 50 miles an hour with me on it! I had a blast with mine! Probably the best value for an electric bicycle/motorcycle out there.
Seeing this was a public information video on the bikes performance capabilities, nothing was mentioned about riding it safely and the dangers of serious injury.
Why would there be? On every single product on earth are we supposed to wait while someone wastes our time mentioning things like that? Where would it end anyway, even loose fitting shoes can be dangerous, lol. NO! I do not want every product ever mentioned to rehash safety for that type of device, just as I don't want to see someone telling me to wear a safety belt every time I see a car video, even though I do wear one when I drive.
I definitely like the electric technology just for that reason! It also opens up a lot of urban areas that people don’t even look twice at you riding a bicycle! I would say test ride as many as possible and find one that works well for you. I did not buy this one as I didn’t really like the weight of the hub motor in back. But there’s several people out there that swear by it. Riding compare!

The 2015 GMC canyon that I’ve lifted and geared to except 3512 5 x 17 tires and wheels. I built the camper out about 3 1/2 years ago now, it’s fully self-contained with sleeping for two people, a wood-burning stove, snow master refrigerator freezer and even a place to take a hot water shower. If you go to my channel there’s several videos of the Build and even a couple videos of the complete product. The whole thing runs off of solar and you can live off grid full-time in it! This thing flys man. I have a fully upgraded recon I weight about 230 and have hit 75 mph on it. They really under rate these bikes they are incredibly powerful.

I'm 6'3" and the seat height wasn't high enough for what I was was looking to do. On the positive side this bike puts out some power and petaling wasn't necessary! I also rode the Stealth with the adjustable seat and that wasn't high enough for a proper petal stroke for me either. Haibike gave me a new updated frame with the battery in the down tube. Happy with that for what I do so far! The CAB and Stealth are more like a motorcycle with petals than a Bicycle with a power assist! If I keep breaking frames I will have to continue looking for a different option! Hope this helps you in your shopping!

Kaitensatsuma yes but not that practical. I’m 6’3” and the seating position is very low. I ended up buying a mid drive Giant Reign which is more like riding a bicycle.
It's crazy to have a bike that nice and expensive and use DMN suspension. I have had DMN on two sur rons and it is pure shit. Also if you are looking at the top model, before buying check out the Zero motorcycles
I didn’t end up buying this bike. I did do a couple of Sur Ron’s that I built out. Sold them and now have a deposited down for a Stark future that will be here in February! Love the E revolution!
@@TRCa51 The stark Future is an incredible bike but I know that most people buying the CAB bikes are not hard core off roaders and that most of them will use them as street bikes. I am not a heavy off road guy but I do like trail riding on my mountain bike. I would probably get a Zero for the street.

I still have a 2017 KTM 450 XCF and a 2021 890 rally as well as 2 E bicycles, a Giant with Yamaha motor and a jeep E bike from quiet cat with the befaing 1000 W mid drive motor. As you can tell I’m not hurting for two wheels but really like to E technology. There’s a lot of really fun bikes out there to choose from including the cab motorsports recon. I felt it was a great bike but not exactly what I was looking for!
I'm sorry, but these bikes are WAY overpriced. Selling it on Ebay for 11K. Come on. These are all low end parts. DNM USD8 and rear suspension, $35 kenda tires, chinese frame, Sabvoton controller and a small 36AH battery. Pshhh. You can buy way more powerful bikes than this for half the price they're selling these for. Go on Alibaba and practically get the exact same bike minus the seat for like 3K.
Josh Street Design yep we are on the same page! I will say I now believe they make the battery’s in-house here in USA and a few other American parts to separate form the bike you can buy on eBay for 5g that are the same frame, suspension and components. I don’t really know about the motor, controller setup! I rode the stealth also and the Cab had way more power but was a rougher version! I got a 2020 Haibike mid drive Bosch motor with the immigrated battery in the down tube form my warranty on my 2017 model. I Love the bike. I would love to add a E motorcycle to the stable but none fit the bill since the Alta went out of business! Thank you for the comment and information! Cheers!

I rode a chinese stealth version with a 273, 200AH Sabvoton and hit 80mph because it had a T3.5 wind. I mean, it looks good and I love the seat design, but yeah, pricewise no way. @@Xenumiscagive 3d print? Dude these are the chinese frames that go for like $150 on Alibaba. There's a million of them on there. If these frames were 3D printed they would be designed better. They way they are there have been many where the suspension crushed in the body panel on Endless Sphere.

I wasn’t tied to this company or bike. I enjoyed my test drive. It was pretty stoked on it but decided I really did not care for a hub motor bike. I much prefer a mid drive. I’m sure you can search cab recon and something should come up if they’re still in business.

I’m 6’3” 245 and it felt a tad small for what I was looking for. Plenty of power but no adjustments for a taller person. Hope this helps!
