CB360 Carburetor Tuning for the Win!

- In this final video of .... The honda CB 360 goes to the spa. I had to do some carb tuning. Turns out that the bike came with 105 main jets installed but after all the timing valve and cam chain adjustments the carbs needed a set of 110 jets installed. After some trial and error I finally figured that and a couple other issues out, check it out!

Nice video but didn’t actually show tuning the carb which is what the title suggested.
Thanks for the comment most importantly, what would you have liked to have seen? I showed the Jets, talked about them, explained what was happening with the bike and what fixed my problem. I've found that if I show the nitty-gritty people complain about the length of the video. Example, the video I did about tuning the mikuni carb on my xl175.
i restaore one and it difficult to find the carbu problem, i install orignial jet, new diaphramg, new electronic ignition , here lift your needle of diapramgoriginal is 68
I love these bikes. Just finished my full rebuild and restore on my 75 Honda CB 360t. I have the stumble issue and have the 105. Not near the stumble you have but I may jump up to the 110 and see what happens.
I finally got the stumble out.... she ran like a top afterwards. I have a new 360 build coming up this winter. Should check it out!
I have a 74 CB360T with hesitation like yours but plugs are black really rich I’ve lowered float to 19.5 from 18.5 in the manual and swopped the 110 needle main jet to a 100 today the hole in the jet looks much smaller by eye, going to try it out tomorrow.

Hi. Tried again today a lot better only slight hesitation when fully hot, definitely went the right way with jets. I’ll do a longer run see if it clears any more
