Cream Filled Doughnuts (Pastry Cream doughnuts)

Soft and pillowy doughnuts with an easy melt in your mouth pastry cream filling. These doughnuts are so versatile you can pair then with anything; Jelly, cinnamon sugar or just plain sugar.
Ingredients:
20 g shortening
18 g butter
200 ml milk
50 g sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 egg
375 g flour
7 g yeast
