I think this would be a great synergy for kingpin, reducing his purify ability accuracy by 100%. it would mean that he loses some utility but ultimately be able to ramp up

Each debuff grants kingpin additional attack and since apoc has a block on shrugging off debuffs they build up to a 100 I’m assuming that is the limit set by kabam

yup. he could not do this pre buff though. back then he would remove debuffs at 8 stacks

Rage= increased damage, and well, he has 99 rage debuffs, but this can only be done against Apoc since the oponents can´t shrug off debuffs.
