Yeah, there's an entire storyline and THIS is where a lot of rap fans come in. Zombified, Voices In My Head, Popular Monster, Watch The World Burn, Last Resort, Ronald are all directly connected.
There is a live version on CZcams of this that's a must see. I've seen this song performed live at their concerts twice now and it's even more amazing that it sounds just as good live, if not better.
You should check out his older trilogy of songs. Losing my mind, Losing my life, Drugs. Absolutely amazing trilogy that goes into some of the struggles Ronnie has dealt with.

He's can't be pigeonholed. He is his own genre. After "Last Resort", do yourself a favor and watch both versions of "The Drug In Me Is You" (2011) and "The Drug In Me Is Reimagined " (2020). The 2011 version is what I consider glam-rock. But the 2020 version is more of a love song, and he sings with emotion.
