Scarface The World is Yours looks good here and you said 18 years later which makes sense cuz I remember my friends in middle school talking about it and they said it was fun. Many ppl said it was underrated as well. It's one of those games where you start off with every thing just so you can start over and gain it all back again. Now that's the mark of a great game ever since then.

You can a lot of fun things like if you press the circle and your right next to any npc in the game you will startup random conversations and also you can press the circle button while your swimming in the water and Tony will say something that is about the ocean and stuff it’s pretty funny
