Instead of lowering the arm, you can raise the brake disk assembly with a jack...less effort. But not all the way because you could raise the entire car...

I don't like that way because the disk is attached only by a small screw. Anyway it works fine your way

For me very Hard to put in the correct place , for the other side I’ll will buy full assembly part

Ok, but the assembled part is not aligned with the vehicle, so you'll have to do an alignment at tire shop. Good luck
