If it does not freeze too often in your area, divorce the supercharger coolant loop and run a more water rich mix like 80/20. You will be pleasantly surprised how much cooler everything runs.
I completely agree. Iâd run engine ice or even water wetter both are great products that will greatly reduce temps.

All these mods, and all this power.... and have you addressed the single biggest known weak point of the B8/B8.5?? NO. Please please, for your own safety, get bigger brakes!! My 2014 S4 is currently stock, and i cooked the brakes on the first session of a track day (after three laps!!) - they are woeful. Running the power that you are on stock brakes is suicide. Stay safe.
I have a 2014 S5, I also cooked my brakes with a APR Stage 2 tune and upgrade of parts. Brakes are my next investment.
What brakes would you recommend for the b8? Or what did you upgrade to ?
This is a terrible comment. Unless he's tracking the car the brakes don't matter they have enough power to lock the wheels bugger brakes don't stop faster they let you keep doing back to back stops.

@@christianmartinez4150 I upgraded to J-hook VBT disks, Ferrodo DS2500 pads, braided lines, uprated fluid, and Porsche 4-pot Brembo's from a Macan. They are a direct fit for the B8/B8.5 S4 :) 10x than stock.
Cool, you have the same Enlais rear splitter that I have on my '12 S4. I've got a similar set up but mine is APR largely, I'm contemplating doing the ultra charger upgrade and bigger cooling system.

For the TTS u need to put it on a FWD dunk and just put it in DYNO mode making it FWD

Mate, dig your content so far. Very clean. Also I wanted to ask if that coolant code kept popping up. Same code came up on my own b8.5 s4 and Iâm thinking itâs just a coolant sensor fault that goes wrong in this particular build (I have practically the same mods as you)
Coolant code could also be a broken impeller on the water pump, these cars unfortunately have a brittle plastic impeller, that code is notorious for a broken water pump. Have fun flushing the plastic bits out of your system if thatâs the problem.

Sick car I like your style. The reason why you got that coolant fault is because you have a vacuum operated water pump which may have had a malfunction during your runs. Clear faults and you're good to go. If faults return may need a water pump
Have also seen the solenoid for the water pump fail aswell. And obviously make sure the vacuum line is still connected to the water pump

That Dyno doesn't read low is just that other dynos read higher .
I feel like every dyno reads different and these numbers dont really matter

380 at the wheels with a 15% loss = 447 total.
They then take the total of 447 and divide by 82 , that's 18% .
You can't be multiplying twice. Your afr was also low.
Your total is 447...

Get a 2014 or above. 2009-2012 have the bad mech unit. Early 2013's too. Late 2013 they updated the mech unit. Or get a 6MT
I drive a 2010 s4 Avant and never had any problems at all with trans at all
Get a manual and you wonât have that issue.

You measure power differently. 500whp means over 600hp on crank.. hard to believe with that setup. We import plenty of tuned cars from US and all those numbers are usually very overestimated. 1000hp setup from USA did 630hp on our dyno... With your setup I guess 450-500hp crank is doable depending on a tune. Keep in mind Quattro has over 100hp loss on wheels.
audi s4 fbo on 93 make 420 wheel. on e40 ur expected to make ~470 wheel 500 torque

@@lukaszkenpachi Dont argue with the US guys! They still have no idea that a dyno is a tuning tool! I used too be younger once and was wrapped when my R33 gtr made 360awk. Only thing is it was laggy as fck and i hated driving it, I went back to two smaller garrett 2560 rated at 330hp each and the guy who tuned it said "do you want a car that makes big numbers on the dyno or a car that makes you smile when you drive it!"Not only did it turn out to be around 350awk anyway, it did it with a shit load more midrange and had power everywhere. I just finished building a MY13 VW Golf R for something different. Built engine, Nortech G25-660(best responsive power from any turbo ive ever driven by miles, i see absouletly only one downfall, is that they rate their G series turbos as their max power so buyer beware) Anyway i ended up get meth as well to help with octane and on 32psi we made 380awk, I asked them to turn it down to 30psi and back timing off 2 deg and we ended up with 357 at 30psi and i have no lag response and bitch slays all the way to redline with no sighns of stopping! Look up the grey VW MK6R on eTuners springvale on IG if you think im telling porkies!

@@Racekorboy Dunno what world you live in where "bmw's spank Audi's" but it definitely aint the real world. Unless youre talking about comparing completely stock cars straight out of the factory, in which case who cares about that(and even then stock RS/M cars are pretty similar in performance, with the competition m cars obviously having a bit more of an edge in power)? But when we start to talk about tuned/modded cars, there isnt even an argument to be made for BMWs because Audi's are just that much better. Ill put it this way, if "BMWs spank Audi's" then how come nobody races using any of the BMW platforms? Meanwhile more and more tuners/race teams every single year are realizing how insanely good the RS3/r8 and other audi platforms are for racing. I mean have you see the type of numbers tuners like AMS have put up with a STOCK engine r8(gotten it into the 8s)? Or what IROZ has done with the RS3 platform? Theyve got a number of 9 second, 8 second, and even a few 7 second RS3 cars. But sure...tell me how BMW's "spank Audi's" even though Audi is far and away the better racing platform and it isnt even close.
Those numbers donât make sense đthe tuner just trying to justify the amount of money he charged you. Donât get me wrong Iâm sure he didnât a great job that was worth every penny but but those numbers mean nothing đ
Boy math is dudes getting thier dyno numbers printed out infront of a crowd. im jk and I mean no hate, both my car and truck are dyno tuned. Take every number with a grain of salt. focus on how the car makes YOU feel.
Please donât ever say a chiller is like meth⊠nothing could be more wrong. Maybe try working on your own car⊠heat soak with a chiller? Lame as hell⊠run Wmi and hit 500 easy⊠Iâm 560 wheels with apr dual, 4.0t HX, water meth and e25âŠ.
