- Wishing all of you well.
It is Mid March here in zone 7 and the Garden is quietly,and sometimes exuberantly, showing it's pretty face in so many ways. The donkeys feel it in the air!
We are walking the garden, checking out the layout in the New Herb Garden, cooking a very healthy and yummy brunch and serving TEA!

Aren't all of God's creatures so amazing? I just love all the precious little faces of the animals gracing your property. Their slow and simple lives make me feel so peaceful. Thank you for such a beautiful video. May the Lord bless you❤️

Oh how I wished I lived next door to thee.
You remind me of my Mom. She passed away last week. I shared some of your videos with her while she was sick. She loved watching them, said that they brought her peace. She loved gardening so much. I'm going to attempt to continue her gardens this year. Wish me luck and thank you for providing my mom with a moment of peace and joy before she passed.
Katrina, I am sorry about your loss of mom; how good to know that she had such peace before her death. Yes, you must continue her legacy in the garden and I do hope you will experience the same love and joyfulness that your mother had while working in her piece of Eden.

Oh, this video does my heart good! The brunch looks fabulous- comfort food, for sure! And I grew up with Currier and Ives! My dad was quite the collector and we had multiple C&I on every wall in the house, even in the bathrooms! We had portraits of presidents and kittens playing with blocks and lovers inscribing their initials in a tree, winter scenes, historical scenes, tall ships, and horses, too! Dad loved all the C&I. What a lovely memory for me. Thank you so much, Jeri!

Jeri, I was worried about you after the news of that awful Tornado in Tennessee, since I didn't know where in the state you lived. So I was very glad to see you post a new video and to see that you and your gardens were safe. I almost gasped at the beauty of that field of daffodils at the opening, to see so many blooms of a favorite flower spread across your meadow. How peaceful, especially with your beautiful donkeys.
That meadow of Daffodils always gives me a thrill.
Always a joy and a pleasure. Love the willow fences, we always had those. Used to have Currier and Ives fruit still lives..so pretty.
My grandmother had those dishes. This brings her back. My daughters boyfriend tested positive for covid today and they are devastated. Both were raised in church but dont feel worthy of prayer. I jumped on that and they got a loving little homily.

My Darwin Tulips were planted 33 years ago and they are still coming up. They are orange and yellow. We still have snow in the fence lines and road sides. The catkins are starting on my birch tree and the chickadees are very happy about that. Enjoyed listening to the geese and watching the donkeys. Blessings to you and yours!

My mother had those dishes when I was a child. She got them at the A&P, an every week they sold a different dish.
I remember my mom collecting the Green stamps from the grocery store; I'm sure she got a set of dishes with those.

Oh Jeri, you brought a big smile to my face when I saw your Currier and Ives! I grew up with this and chose to use it as an adult. My eye can quickly spot a piece when thrifting and I have acquired several serving pieces and even some glassware over the years. Thank you for your channel. It is so unique, calming, informative and joyful. So much of what you present resounds with me. Bless you! Plus, I love toile and Currier and Ives reminds me of that.

I am late in discovering Jeri, but i love her! I watch her videos to bring peace and tranquility to my heart and soul! I love so many of the same flowers! It's getting hard to keep up with all the work at 75. My husband and i are building a log/ primitive/old fashioned home . We are on year 4 of working on it. I will bring my beautiful perennial flowers with me up there if God's willing to help me have the strength! Flowers, precious donkeys, ducks, chickens, peacocks! Heaven on earth because we love these things truly from our heart. They are a part of our heart and soul! Thank you for sharing all that you are. I ordered two of your books! Love your artwork! I wanted to add this . Jeri I'm sure you already know this. On a donkeys back is a marking of a cross.
This is a reminder to us when Christ rode on a donkeys back.
Some say as Christ carried the cross a donkey came from behind Christ to bare the weight a the cross for HIM. Therefore the having of the cross on a donkeys back.

When I was growing up, my mother had this dinnerware. As I got older, she used it as her everyday dishes so most of them are gone, but I have the teapot and a salt and pepper shaker. Seeing your table set up brought back so many nice memories. Thank you Jeri!
My mom had a set of dishes she got collecting green stamps from the grocery store. They had brown and yellow plaid, I wish i could find them somewhere.
