If dunkleosteus actually got a bite off at all, with an 80,000 psi bite force, there's no skin too tough to bite through it would be a clean cleave. It literally bit through shell and armor, scales on a shark don't compare.

Why? Theres no reason to ask who would win? Simple, megalodon is theoretically 15-18 or even 20 meters long, the dunk is 7-9 meters, thats nothing compared to the meg, its bite is either 2000 or 11000 pounds, which is also nothing compared to megalodons bite force of 40000 pounds, megalodon easily wins this fight

Yes, about that. There's this thing called water pressure which is astronomic at those depths. This is why only primitive molluscs and small crustaceans have been found on those depths. I'm afraid a large shark any any vertebrate would find these depths lethal (putting it mildly). Sharks swim where there's most food. That's where the sunlight is used as an energy as the basis of the food chain. Yes, the upper layers. Also the Megalodon is a Coastal, warm water shark so the mariana trench is the complete opposite of the Megalodon's living space.

Well tbh if dunkleosteus did bite his tail,I think that the shark would not be able to slap it back with the injured tail
dunkleosteus wouldnt have bite its tail forever ,,with megalodon giving such movement,it had to let go
@@CD-tr9rz considering megalodon is still a "shark" then if dunkleosteus would have bitten him once(on his tail) then his bones 98% would have cracked because of the immense pressure. And if a shark cannot swim then it goes in hypershock and eventually die. Even if his bones survived the bite then also he would still be wounded and not able to swim as fast. And dunkleosteus's main weapon isn't his teeth. Its main strength its head which when he rams into any opponent dies almost instantly. And he would give that meg just one headbutt and that would have been the end of it.
