We only started living together when we got married. In the mandatory document section, they asked for these 2 documents in addition to marriage certificate: 1. Evidence that you and your partner continued your relationship while living apart. 2. Evidence of why you and your partner lived apart during the last two years. Please what kind of documents can we provide for these please?

You need to answer if your marriage is arranged. If it is not, then you just need to tick no. You can provide any document that shows you live at the same address for the past 2 years

Hi @yourtastelifestyle I have paid for my Visa fee but the page for my IHS payment isn't popping up. Though i am applying as a dependent and my husband visa will expire by February, could that be the reason or will UKVI send me link to pay for the IHS fee
IHS is paid before the visa is submitted however, since your MA’s visa is not up to 1 year and you won’t be getting a visa of up to a year, I guess that’s why you did not get the option for IHS

I think your Muslim certificate should be okay.
You can also add your daughter’s birth certificate
