we submitted before this changes was announced. Surprisingly we got a mail yesterday requesting for additional documents like old pictures, utility bills, phone chats Nd many more. we bombarded them with it later at night. very sure whoever is handling our application will choke with pictures Nd more. lols
we submitted WhatsApp chats since 2021, phone SMS,we both own a land Nd we submitted receipt, picture of the corner piece and deed of agreement, lawma receipt, online transactions (receipt) since 2021 nd luckily my husband is good with narrations Nd old picturesssss( cos they specifically wrote pictures outside wedding event....listing them out so as to also help someone.

Thanks for the information please any idea about errors in marriage certificate I have error in my date of birth and went back if it can be corrected but was told it can't please what should I do about that before applying for my visa

Intentional that's not the first question asked, like the evidence of continued relationship while living apart, is a serious and kind of difficult question..
If marriage is one year old, what is the answer of following question:-
1. can you provide evidence of lived apart?
2. Can you provide evidence to shownhow you and your partner continued your relationship while living apart?
Please clear living apart before marriage or after marriage?

If using a voters card, how do we prove the 2 years for each year as there is no date on the voters card?
Also for bank account, do we print for a whole 2 years...for example, I print a statement for 2022 and another for 2023?

Of course. In your application, there’s a place to indicate that you were previously married, the reason for remarrying and all that.

Bank should be easy to get nah. Just go to thr nak and change/update your address then print off the statement of account. It will then have thr same address as your spouse's.
But if we put "yes" on the question "do you have permission to stay as partner" these questions will not come up. Can you explain that
That's because answering "yes" to that question means you have previously been granted leave to stay in the UK as a dependant visa. You do not need to prove your relationship with the main applicant anymore as you have previously done that and was granted visa. These questions are for those applying as dependants for the first time.

If you are in the UK already on a dependant visa, when you want to apply again, you won't be asked these new questions cos your relationship to your spouse has been proven before...
