One is bossing him around, the other is doing too much aegyo, and JongKook has said many times that he gets really uncomfortable when girls do too much aegyo, and that "it's too tiring" when a girl bosses him around. Jessi seems fierce but she is quite easygoing, she is neither demanding or fragile. She is a buddy-like type of girl which is more comfortable to be around for someone like JongKook who is comfortable with hanging out with men way more than women..
