okay this worked for me but instead of doing that, try looking for the legacy thing and make sure its disabled and then it should let u enable secure boot
When i click on restore security settings and type the code and then go to system configuration and then go to boot options it stills brown and with that load hp factory default keys is also brown
But this disables my grub loader and it leaves me with only option to load windows i want secure boot enbled with my dual boot ubuntu...... Any solution?
