In the Wild West, they have cowboys. In France - or specifically a small corner of southeast France, the Camargue - they have gardians. Their job is to herd cattle, on horseback, and they take it so seriously that they even wear cowboy boots, checkered shirts and big hats. You’d be forgiven for thinking that these dudes had got lost on the way to a remake of The Lone Ranger.
So, meet the Gardians of the Dakar: Marc Coma, Helder Rodrigues, Sam Sunderland and Matthias Walkner as they track down Stéphane Peterhansel, Carlos Sainz and Cyril Despres, and rev up for the 2015 Dakar Rally.
Their single goal is the pink flamingo lake: the same mirage-like sight that traditionally greeted Dakar Rally finishers in Senegal, Africa.

Exelente el video,a sido un exelente Dakar 2015 a esperar el próximo,y fantástico,porque saca un poco al ser humano,de tantas atrocidades que se viven dia a dia en este planeta,y por lo menos entretiene,a una gran parte del mundo,siempre lo detractores para esto y aquello van a existir,reclamemos unidos contra la violencia la maldad,el egoísmo,pero no contra tan magno evento,los felicito desde Chile.

some of them are made by MAN or Kamaz not too sure which truck you are talking about

Russians KAMAZ 4326-9
They are FIA Cross-Country T4 racing trucks. Manufacturers that have factory entries for that class include Kamaz (Russian army-prepared, literally!), MAN, Ginaf, Tatra and others. I am not 100% sure but, during racing, those trucks are limited to either 150kph (94mph) or 120kph (75mph) even though they are capable of much more!!!

If I could have one of each that would be cool. Are all of them technically street legal because I know in wrc the cars have to be technically street legal but I'm not sure about xc rally. Everyone always talks about the ultimate bug out vehicle but I think this is the end all be all ultimate bug out vehicle. Sorry for the randomness of the comment
