It’s a great video on how to clean and maintain you powermatic 2,but I haven’t clean mines since I order it back in 2014 that’s 8 years ago and still does the job great. But great video man my kudos to you.
Injector failure fix: If motor is running but injector wont come out, you have to remove the motor, then there is the metal thing with a (==) hole inside and a little round hole. The little round hole has to be fit on the gold color looking bolt spot in the middle at the side. Then the motor has a little push out as well, that will lock the lever with the injector to the motor, but make sure the little hole is connected to the little bar on the motor plating and the other motor part that rotates is in the hole. Then check if you can manually push the injector if not. Continue reassembling and test
this helped me a lot with reassembling it. Had to do it a couple of times before everything was really clean and sliding with just a little bit resistance, instead of moving badly (injector).
@@mugivermusclemachines5744 shouldn't you use tobacco from packs for this? I don't get good cigarettes should you only buy tobacco pots? parcels do stick that tobacco...

mine has counter bought used for 40 and ive rolled 2000 cigs on it without doin anything to it. Use the right cut tobacco pick out the stems and throw the damn dust away
I dont have a problem with jamming my CONSTANT problem (brought brand new two months ago) is that injector will NOT inject to the end of the case….have sent back once got it back and did exactly the same thing
hi I have problem with motherboard from this machine. Basically one component it is damaged, so I tried it replace but I dont know what it is this element. Can you sent to me picture this motherboard with zoom, or tell me name this chip?? I mean litle chip with 8 pins. Thank you
HELPPPPPP I turned it on after cleaning. And pulled silver arm to see if it was better. And it is NONSTOP going in and out (the part that puts tobacco inside tube.) HELPPPP bc now im pissed off and want a cigarette 😂😭
On our third machine, just suddenly no power, item is only 3 months old... Same happened to last one... Very frustrated.. Any suggestions what part we need? Really surprised company site doesn't include more maintenance tips :(
Mine did the same, it just stopped powering up, I'm guessing it's because it's cheaply Chinese made. Top-o-matic last forever, rolls a better cigarette especial 100's, it's a bit faster, but requires a lot more effort.

It’s important to pack the ends FIRST, then the middle. Do this, and you’ll have great results (assuming your tobacco isn’t too dry or moist).

I am on my second one in a few months. My issue is it worked fine I tried to roll today and i get a slight "click" and the red light.

Sounds like you plugged the 2 smaller plugs in opposite of how they were supposed to be.
