it bites. until they figure out you can beat it if ya go fast.. be funny to see bird sitting on fence.. have to be grounded to get the shock. thanks for sharing video.. 👍

The fence is grounded to the earth so the bird on the fence would be jumping off real quick. lol

had electric fence w it my horses. song birds sat on electric tape, no issues.. they are not connected to a ground as well.. same as electric wires overhead - a lot less voltage, but as long as bird not grounded too, no shock. I also found some heavy rubber sole boots insulated me from shock as well. still a great deterrent for keeping animals corralled. until they figure out a workaround.. 😁

Cut the vegetation down to the ground. Any overgrown vegetation will short circut the fence by creating a contact with the ground and thus crerating a circut from the energiser to the vegetation only. Anything after that point will be a dead zone in the circuit. The circut needs to go the full length of the fence to aviod any dead zones. It's easy to move the fence out of the way when the vegetation needs to be cut.

I love the idea of it and the simplicity. I wish you had a link or said what you paid for it. Do you have any concerns about aerial predators like hawks? I've heard hawks dont like to fly into narrow spaces, I would form it into a long hallway shape if that is true. Nice video.

Fence + Glyphosate = NO grass or weeds in your fence.
