dont be scared. niantic offers free remote raid passes all the time. just be careful not wasting on low lvl raiders

I wish you didn’t have to add people as friends to do the raid. Would be cool if you could just join a raid group remotely (like how you would just join a lobby irl)
Just add them, join the raid and then remove them.

@@MrJIIIIF I mean sure you get *one* free pass per day. And the maximum amount of coins they allow you to earn per day is *50 cents* but ok
I love this app. My husband and I can’t battle in a legendary raid alone. So we needed to join other raid thru this app and collected good legendary Pokémon from different part of the world. I am in level 31 and started to host raid. It’s difficult for me at first as I need to wait for member, add them and invite to the raid. I couldn’t be able to invite them all as I panic lol. I’m so sorry about that. Hopefully i can do it in no hassle next time. This is good experience by the way!

Everytime I join a room no one is communicating or talking, I have no idea what is happening in a given moment, I just stay in the room and not join the raid bc I didn't even get an invite! It's a mess! I feel like there could be so much to do to make this work

I feel like the hassle to add a friend for the raid just for the raider to ignore the request would be commonly encountered. Is it easier than I think it would end up being?
I've not done many remote raids maybe like 10 but only one time did I have any problem. I sent the friend request after joining the lobby for the raid they were hosting & they added me but never sent me an invite to the raid. They may have sent it to someone else by mistake though who knows. I've never hosted a raid because it does seem like a hassle (time limit to send people requests & invites) but just joining one seems easy enough at least. Not sure how it is for hosters though.

Great app, one thing I hate about it is the dumb “you’re not powerful enough to join this raid” feature. It consistently bars me from joining raids when there’s only the host in the rooms. It doesn’t make sense that I have to be high enough level to join an empty room. There’s going to be level 40s+ joining any moment yet the game still refuses to let me join, then a second later when there are strong players the raid is already full. Please fix that dumb feature it doesn’t make the slightest bit of sense.

Can u please for the love of god make this mandatory for anyone who gets rated a one, like the app won’t let them proceed until they complete mandatory training. So many people are not joining the raids or don’t sent friend requests and don’t know that these tutorials exist and causes many people to waste their remote raid passes...
This. Users ruin the raids! Some won't friend the host, so the host has to manually add everyone to the raid. Then they complain it is taking too long.
Some join the lobby then jump out because they dont want to waste a raid pass.
Others join and tell you to put them in the raid without using their remote pass (not how it works!) Or they just complain that they don't want to use a remote pass and refuse to join at all.
@@Kiansetditchickira yes and an emphasis to wait a dam minute. Especially in a 10 person raid when u and ur partner both invite 5 its easier for us to both host the raid and pokeraid separately on each phone with invites for 5. People get so impatient and leave when i set one for 10 invites available. Im glad they added the notify raid is about to start and close room feature
If there was a filter to only show weather boosted raids, I'd actually use coins

Love the app but is there a way to claim coins back if u wait in the auto queue for 5 hours and don't get invited. Waste of 5 hours and coins
The room refresh rate is also too slow and most of the time it says 1/6 or 4/6 but usually it’s already full and you have to constantly refresh the page

They should make it to where one of the 5 people who got invited to any raid can also invite 5 people that’s be so awesome maybe developers can do that :)
You’d have to reach out to niantic/pokemon go but i doubt theyd do that since they want you to be out in person being active.
If theres multiple people in person at a raid they can all send invites tho.

everytime it says it has 30 minutes but I add the host and less than 1 minute before, they say the raid has finished 😕
This shouldnt be the case at least not recently since theyve added notify raid is about to start and close for new guests.
my pokemon Go doesnt allow me to paste a friends codein the add friend section in the game i have to type it in and by the time I finish typing it in they are already in the raid. recently that happened and they complained they lost because I wasnt fast enough.
Theres a display members section on the 3 dot menu in app and it shows all the friend codes and barcodes and lets you copy again. Some phones don’t like auto copy. Also if this isn’t the fix, make sure u send feedback through their app so they are made aware.

I got to the raid through the invite. But every time I clicked the use remote raid pass button it would come back with “no groups found with that code”.
that means the party is full or raid started already. happens all the time

I'm new to pokeraid but I'm confused whenever I try to join a worldwide raid I try to sen the host my friend code but it doesn't show the hosts code.
Bro you don’t even know they tell me as soon you get invited to room select there code then throw the controller twice up rotate and do a backflip with a fuckn 720 and then you’ll be on their lobby ready to raid and get that weak ass legendary
it should pop up and tell u it just copied their friend code and to go add them in pokemon go
theres a menu button that lets you see everyones code, you click the qr code looking thing it copies it to your clipboard and you can paste in pokemon go. it also displays the codes on that screen.

I can‘t use the button „show rooms with available invitation“ from iPhone XS. Does anybody else have this problem as well? I just can’t filter and find available rooms

I'm not scared of losing my raid passes. I'm scared of letting down my other raid members, I'm just level 31 with a good amount of 2500 CP levelled pokemon but I feel like a staraptor, espeon, pidgeot, metagross isn't enough for helping out with Zamazenta. I feel sooooo lost :( they all have well about 90 IV i think, with staraptor being a hundo but still...I'm scared to join, if we lose they might put the blame on me
@@ktongmm actually it does. Where will a 0% iv pokemon get it's damage? And I don't know if you know but you can trio a lugia raid with shadow electric type pokemon(and maybe rock considering the lugia raid has no fast and charged water attacks) BUT all of them has to be a level 50 hundo. 0 iv ain't doin shit to a legendary

Do you need raid passes
Hosts should have the ability to recommend that a user be put on re-train status. So many users join and wont follow the instructions, or wont join raids, or just join a room to get friends, but wont help in the raid. It really ruins the experience for the users and hosts.
I am new. I joined a room, sent invitation. Said I was in but couldn't find a way to get inside to battle. Help.

I had this same problem but I just figured out how to fix it. All I did was crop the tops off both screenshots and that did the trick
