Montréal Métro: ride in Laval from Cartier metro station to Montmorency metro station 🟠

Here's a short ride on the Orange Line of the Montreal Metro within Laval only between Cartier and Montmorency metro stations.

Cartier was better at the beginning back in 2008 when they were purple lighting splashing over the station Nameplate giving an whole Halloween vibe to the station. I don't know what happened but they seized to function 1 weeks after opening.
Alternative-Name Mairie de Pont-Viau i.e. Today Laval Municipal Court.
Concorde : great station love the rich blue Tile and the Grass Mural the big Métro logo too bad the architecture around the station sucks giant balls (Alternative name ) Parc-Laval the Neighborhood at the end of Laval-des-Rapides south of there closed to the Des Prairies River. Who said rapids need river and the rapids of Laval-des-Rapides are in the Des Prairies River. they are 6 rapids around Laval . 3 on the Des Prairies River 1 near Arèsville (Saint-François)
Born from Saint-Martin Parrish like L'Abord-à-Plouffe and Renaud. Chomedey was created when L'Abord-À-Plouffe, Saint-Martin and Renaud merge to create Chomedey back in 1961. Laval-des-Rapides had all it's own amenities decide to stay independant till 4 years later (August 6th 1965) they merged together with the other cities of Jésus Island to create the town of Laval.
Montmorency is the kingdom of Pastel Colors. (alternative name) Campus Université de Montréal à Laval.
The name Montmorency comes from the first Bishop of Québec City Saint-François-Xavier Montmorency de Laval. Who also gives Université Laval in Québec City.

Fun fact. Cartier was meant to be the first terminus of the orange line in the original plan but the Mayor of Laval back then refused and instead decided to create the STL… oh well then Cartier saw the day about 40 years later
