I am old enough to remember when the first Fish sandwich McDonalds put out was made with COD then they went to Haddock then to the cheap Pollack.
Yeah the fish sandwich you get at McDonaalds today is just a shadow of those first ones I ate as a teenager as well as the french fries which back then were 100x better than the ones they serve today!
Yep. It's actually okay but they don't add enough seasoning it is too bland
Same with Chicken Nuggets. Neither are the same nor as good as Fish Filet and Chicken Nuggets of the 80’s.
Now that we are boycotting mcdonalds it's good to have this recipe

Added some Indian spices to both to both the dry flour and the wet better I added salt black pepper garam masala chili powder and add red kashmiri chili powder to the batter alone with curry powder
