Never found the VIN on it when I owned it, probably rusted off of the frame. I thought it was a 1995, but never confirmed it. Bought parts for it as if it was a 1995 and never had issues. Not much changes between the years.
It is just a vent for if the float bowl overflows. Stock it is routed up into the gas tank area, but placement of the hose shouldn't affect the functionality of the carburetor.
@@jpsgarage I mean the one above, not the one that spills gasoline in case the carburetor tank fills up, can you leave me a facebook or a number on whatsapp so we can discuss more?
Hey bro I recently changed the oil on my 92 Timberwolf 250 and it looks like the oil is leaking next to what you fixed it’s the thing that takes 3 Allen screws looks like the oil filter holder on the side when u change the oil but it’s on front of the motor kind smoking when it leaks on the header or the beging of the muffler where it comes out the motor plz help oh yeah I used synthetic oil 10-40 smh
Yeah, mine was smoking like that when the oil was leaking onto the hot parts of the engine. I'd try pulling the oil filter case off and removing what's left of the gasket, then either buying a new gasket or making one out of black silicone. That should seal your leak unless there is a crack in the metal.
Hey I have a 96 Yamaha yfb 250 Timberwolf and I’m having problems with the gear shifter. It’s like super tight and I can barely get it into first gear. I was wondering if you knew anything about this or what I should do or anything. Thabks
I have had that problem with other bikes and the problem ended up being that the sleeve that the shift shaft sits in was slightly corroded. I took the shift shaft out, cleaned it with a wire brush and then greased it. That should work if that is the problem. Also make sure nothing is bent.
Does a gasket go there ??
It would have really sucked if the tap broke inside the hole 😂
Sympathy sub...
What year is it

I feel like I should have not changed the oil now smh
Hello, where does the other carburetor hose come from, not the gasoline hose
