I know that guy. He, was Senior instructor, at the Hvac school I attended back in 2015. Wow that's crazy.
Great video and very professional. Looking forward to seeing more of your content.
Thanks for taking the time to post this for us. Nice work.
Love mine so far, need to get the adapters to charge with, pain in the ass taking on and off, but the complete report is amazing
Excellent presentation! Great job thank you
good video and demonstration. I think you need one more temperature probe to get the outdoor DB for supper heat calc, unless it is built in to one of the outdoor clamps, but i think you have to measure this on your own and manually enter it in the app??
Great video. Great explanation. Thank you.
Great video!these probs are awesome!!!
Now they need to include all of these measuring tools pre installed in units so you can just connect an app to the unit and its good to go.
Carrier does with the VNA4 Series condensers.
you can do exactly that. Link with Bluetooth and bam you have pressures super heat and sub cooling.
@@seanmathews1826 wow that’s insane, I’ve never seen that 😂
Does anyone add a T fitting to the suction probe so you can charge when needed?
Yes
Yup
Yeah. I use my appion Schrader core tool
First time viewer, new subscriber. Great video. Thanks!
Thank you sir
Need to be able to input model numbers on systems in the app for all info.
Hey I work for a community that's 8 story. Will the interior signal probes reach out to the roof where my condensers are? Thanks!
Would you say these are better then the digital field price gauges?
Anyone have trouble linking the large pipe clamp , we do commercial and need that we have 3 and none are linking up
I got mine today let’s see what’s gonna look good to me thank you sir
What's the verdict? Can you charge using this? Is it worth it?
Any update
any update
Fucking hello!
Error because condenser coil is not getting proper airflow to repel heat you have your service panel off.
Good video by the way
Any videos on recovering refrigerant with these?
Tommy Hummer adding a T to the service port for charging and recovery? Haven’t tried yet. Still have sman480
does it automatically convert super heat sub cooling?
So you just use these tools for system diagnostics, and then use your regular guages for charging? Is there any way to charge a unit with this kit?
You get a T adapter.
Yes, use a tee adapter on the LP side, control the charge amount with a ball valve or you can also attach your manifold especially if you are using blends and need to attach a vaporizer, just one example. You will also find measure quick with these sensors a game changer.
Yes use a charging tee
If the unit is low in refrigerant. How you add it.. Too fancy tools. I prefer the sman480
By using a Tee in line with the probe you can charge with refrigerant. Appion and Yellow Jacket sell valve core removal tools that have a side port and valve that can be used to charge. Out of the box, you cannot charge with this tool. With either of the previously mentioned valves you can. This makes data processing and customer service a breeze, no more writing everything down! You simply have to send it to the customer's email. Hope this helps!
@@michaelcooper9475 hey my question is, if you use a core removal tool, wouldn’t you have to pull the shrader on the service valve since the core tool won’t depress the schrader? Unless they make a different tee just for that purpose..
This is the exact copy of the I manifold
Are they low loss fitting
I believe he said they are in the video.
This is a only iPhone Use or Android phone tel me
Both, but Iphone or iPad works best
I didn't see how you do refrigerant charge while the set is on.
😆😆 right. It'd be a tough task
Easiest way is with a valve core remover, know your tools 😉
Just get a T adapter

You would have better reading if you closed the door on the condenser. Other than that nicely done.
Dannng cool your not supposed to take pressure reading with that door off cat daddy !!!
🤓Hi, it's a nice video and methodical, but don't forget to wear protective gloves and goggles for God's sake
Great video! Friendly tip don’t suck your teeth when talking.
This system is nice in a lab. Try to use it in real life now with walls in the way. You will lose your indoor readings because the range on this system SUCKS. I have the sm460 system with the jl transmitter and by the time I get back to my manifold outside I loose the indoor readings. Don’t waste your $$$ on this stuff.
Frank L you don’t need the jl transmitter anymore. With the probes
@@MrBdogg317 how far can I use them
I used these with zero issues on a 2 story hotel. Range is great
