That is hilariously killy!! I think the lower jaw of an ork glyph profaning the symbol of the cult machanicus turning the cog skull into an ork would have also worked well.

I've been thinking about Ferrus Manus so much lately and how he could return. I wonder, using his skull as a beacon & praying to the machine gods, if the Ad Mech could put him inside one of the Men of Iron from the Dark Age. He could be the Imperium's first golem.
Seeing the robot body at the beginning made me think about it lol.

More Ork Conversions!!
Also if you need need something to dry the super glue quickly, you can use some baking to not only quicken the drying time for the super glue and also makes it look like welding (which definitely fits well for Ork builds)
