Argenti with Jade would be great, because I don't want him, and it'll make that choice easy. I was planning on skipping Firefly, but Ruan Mei would mean I'd have consecutive characters I want, and that'll be rough... But doing Ruan Mei and Firefly together makes cruel sense, since that's probably the most wanted new character coupled with the most wanted rerun. It'll break people down, both mechanically, and wallets...
Man Argenti gets ducked from PF 4 not having physical weakness often lol. Himeko Herta just stomp meanwhile I can't use my Argentina
Literally my thoughts exactly. I’m definitely prioritizing Ruan Mei over Jade though bc she’ll be an essential addition to both my Jingliu team, DOT team, Xueyi, and the future that is Weakness Break meta, whereas Jade would just be a switch for Herta or Himeko for elemental coverage.
Kinda hoping Ruan Mei doesn’t come because I don’t have the tickets for her
The drip marketing comes before the livestream normally, so we will see the 2.4 characters before boothill goes away. Unless they change their pattern for no reason.
Jeah should be already next Week Monday/Tuesday. Livestream is usually ~10 Days before the Patch so that should be next week Friday.
MY plan is to pick up firefly and black swan, and push further into break and dot teams.
I really want a DoT team but I would have to completely start from scratch. I don't have Kafka, Balck Swan nor Huohuo, so I'll be looking out for their reruns. But I will prioritise DoT DPSes like BS and Kafka. I will be pulling for Firefly as well since I lack a Fire DPS and I like her a lot. Good luck on everyone's pulls!

Live stream is the weekend (usually Friday) after second phase banner (so a week from today; Friday). Drip marketing ranges Monday-Wednesday of that same week. There was one time they dropped all of them at once on Monday, I think for 2.0? But pretty consistently have done just one a day leading up to the stream.
My actual guesses: Argenti and Ruan Mei. Argenti and Huohuo are the oldest who've never had a rerun, and Ruan Mei is part of the break meta right now. I think Huohuo will be saved for another return to Xianzhou/dot focused rerun/new character patch. I'd assume she would be rerun in 2.4 just due to time though.
A part of me *does* think it's possible they could throw a curveball and rerun someone like Ratio, since he's no longer free and people might want him. All of this would depend on the upcoming characters to be announced. Apart from any secret surprise ones, the last two to be expecting are Sunday and Constance. I'm really curious as to who we will get and can't wait for next week.
Waiting for Ruan Mei rerun and my break team will be complete. Hopefully win 50/50 next time cuz i just got hard pity on Boothill banner
what is it with Boothill’s banner? I was able to get Robin at the usual 70-75, then E2 Himeko at 20 pity, and then E1 Topaz at 10 pity right after that. but now Boothill’s banner is pushing me to almost hard pity fml. punishing me for my luck

Firefly/Ruan Mei & Jade/Huohuo have been my guesses ever since they were drip marketed. Jade and Argenti would be funny though. 2 banners back to back that are bis on the same team?

We had same path banners like bs + kafka and seele + topaz
I've been lucky enough to stay low spend and get 1 character per banner ever since I started playing in the Jing Yuan/Sparkle banner. God I wish I picked Sparkle instead of Jing. I was new and he seemed super cool, especially in the part of the story I was in. But I'm running out of jade. I've gone through all the story, achievements, and SU stuff. I can complete two really solid teams by adding Firefly and Ruan Mei, but can my luck hold out and get them both with 160 or so pulls? Firefly's E1 being so strong makes it quite tough too.
I believe that Ruan Mei is a possibility because of Boothill/Firefly being Break effect DPS with Ruan Mei having Break effect inc
Well I just need to pray my luck will be on my side bc I want all characters from 2.3 😭 and I just got Topaz (with her LC), Robin and Boothill so it will be rough
Ruan Mei is great on any team, not just break. You should pick her up.

I just wait for 2.4 drip Marketing and getting Firefly. Already have Ruan Mei E1S1 so im fine for her Team. Currently thinking of Building a Dot Team since ive Skipped Kafka now twice. Actually im pretty fine in Terms of Teams with Firefly. I have the full Premium Follow up Team, i have the premium Mono Quantum Team, i have an E2S1 Acheron which i can play with Sparkle or Bronya and i have an E1S1 Jingliu that still can keep up pretty well.
My plan for now is to maybe get seele as a first main dps since i have bronya, then black swan for acheron rerun

Missed Mei’s cone the first time around and don’t want Firefly so 100% getting her cone, ans then I wait for Silverwolf and Soarkle reruns for Mono Quantum
Early 🎉 Also 2.3 has me scared if it's Ruan Mei or HuoHuo rerunning with Firefly 😖. It'll be expensive for me. If it's Seele(which I highly doubt) I'll at least pick up her LC for my Yanqing.

Initially I was going for boothill because I need a second team for the endgame contents, but the moment I learned he's ST.. nope he's not gonna be any good for my account.
I tried to get adventurine, but failed miserably at 88th pity . Was really bummed out so I skipped fua team entirely.
Im going for firefly since she is aoe and I have more experience with acheron in that category.
And from what ive seen so far from ff i think shes good at all contents of the game just like acheron so yeah I had to make a decision, Currently I dont have the option to build more than 8 characters for now my resources are very limited, so dps that can clear anything is a must. As of now I'm done prefarming for ff and just waiting for the livestream for a confirmation for ruan mei so I can start pre farming her too. Does anyone knows when the next livestream is?

Precisely, F2P players really can't afford to pull Hunt or Erudition DPS since they're dividing the endgame modes. A DPS who can clear every mode decently is vastly more valuable than a DPS who specializes in clearing one or two mode.
@@exu7325 thats a weird take considering i see people clearing current PF woth E0 Ratio or even max Pointing with a E0 Seele.
Don't need huohuo since i have aventurine and fu xuan.
Unsure if i should pull for ruan mei since both my teams are hyper carry focused, and i kinda want acherons suppott coming up for her. My lunae team is already finished with fu xuan.
you dont need her if your teams are prepared, if ur teams are already full complete with each character you need, you can decide if a future dps ur pulling with be part of the break meta, if so then id suggest pulling
@CosmicAaron Don't think I'll be pulling for any break dps as of now.
As far my teams, they are pretty much done currently. Acheron, Pela, SW, Aventurine. And then lunae, sparkle, tingyun, fu xuan.
I don't really have any dual dps setups currently. At most, i could pair her with my blade, but I don't really use him currently. And robin would work just as well for pure fiction.
If I can spare a 50/50 I might just dump it on her though. If I happen to win a third 50/50 then benefit. If not at least I'll have a guarantee for acherons support.
@@sleepy3474 yea acheron doesnt need ruan mei unless if you like her, id suggest you save for jiaoqiu for acheron
Tbh I’ve started using seele much more than even my Jingliu using her along with tingyun sparkle and huohuo is really underrated like she can take so many turns in moc it’s not even funny she can get like 20ish turns in and each are doing like 70-100k
I used jingliu with bronya and it's normally do 100-130k if added another spp like tingyun or sparkle it's likely around 200k or more
@@aloneft9300 Don’t get me wrong Jingliu can do dmg like mine can easily hit 400k when fighting 3 targets with sparkle and RM nobody is questioning that she is a good dps but I find seele to be just as good as her half the time while Jingliu will hit like 600k in 2 turns she will only get those 2-3 turns (four-five if you wanna run bronya + sparkle) turns in that cycle seele can get like 5 turns each doing 70-110k with just a sparkle hell often she can even get up to like 9 turns if you can run no sustain and one shot enemy’s granted if you lack sparkle your skill points will be non existent
@@aloneft9300 also I don’t think sparkles or tingyuns buff is giving 70k extra dmg 🤨🫵 it’s like a 20-30k dmg spike at most assuming your not running around with a E6S5 sparkle that is ig

As much as I want Ruan Mei, I’m literally begging hoyo to hold her for 2.4. Between Firefly and Jade I simply cannot handle another must pull that patch!
To add, and perhaps I’m coping here, but I don’t think they will run Firefly and Ruan Mei at the same time. While they do run characters in clusters, they don’t typically run teammates at the same time, it’s usually one after the other. If she does come this next patch, I image Argenti and Ruen Mei may be swapped.

Just managed to get Robin E1 an hour before her banner ended but been holding hope for Silver Wolf since it only started the game 2 months ago. My E2 Acheron allows 1 Nihility but I heard she'll get a dedicated Nihilty support in future so I'm unsure if I should get Silver W. Anyone have an opinion?
Silver Wolf is great, but I am not sure how good she is without the "Before the Tutorial Mission Starts" lightcone (from 1.1 event featuring her), but if you like her then get her.
@@vaguelyjang thank you! I don't have any specific interest in her character but just her weakness implant ability but if she's going to need a specific light cone then maybe I'll keep my eye out for other nihility units, Paela and Gunaifen suffice for now
@@Rabeshin I don't think she needs it, I just haven't tried her without it. I heard "In the Name of the World" is actually usable on her. You should research a bit just to be sure.
Since you have e2 Acheron I recommend you go for that new nihility support that is coming out instead of silver wolf. From the replies im reading you’re not even interested in silver wolf as a character so it’s not worth it in my opinion. Also I’ve heard that best current nihility for Acheron is not even silver wolf but rather pela. There are a lot of debates about this but I think in the end of the day it doesn’t matter as we’re getting a dedicated nihility support for Acheron soon anyway.

Not really, thats just silverwolf because the skill also includes that, but well ruan mei more with E1 helps

I'd personally go for RM considering it'll be quite some time before she comes back again. Im new as well and from what I could see, synergy plays a big part in this game and RM synergizes with many good teams.
In my ideal world, we get Firefly, then another patch with chars I don't care about, and THEN a Silver Wolf Rerun
Good luck on the sw rerun. 1.5 and 1.6 havent been rerun yet and sw is from 1.1. So yeah you’re gonna have pleeeenty of time to save up.
@@ghotyolocanisyn2880 I mean, so far most chars seemed to rerun after roughly 6 months. SW's last banner is now roughly 5 months behind. I think somewhere in August might be realistic, if not end of July?

If RM and FF are on the same half it would suck bc I only have ~200 pulls and I have to win both 50/50. Worst case scenario I will have to say goodbye to FF, I like her robot armor but damn I don't want to have an unusable character (unusable is a stretch but still, from what I saw there's a huge gap between RM and Asta/Bronya/other alternatives).
Uhqbdeoqeuhbqeuhdcbdehbce I love all quantum characters, and I love nihility characters so much. I want jade as she’s quantum, but I heard there might be a new 5 star character that’ll be nihility in 2.4- I also want silver wolf and seele. Choosing who to save for is so hard. I do know I’ll probably skip characters that aren’t quantum or nihility unless I just really want them. (I might try going for firefly, but idk)
tbh if ever Ruan Mei and Argenti gets a rerun, this patch would be a skip for me. I’ll probably go get Jianqiu if ever he is the 2.4 char

i think firefly is such a cool design easily top 3 for me but i already have kafka/black swan ratio/topaz and jingliu/blade as my dps archetypes so i feel like summoning for a whole new break archetype is just spreading my account too thin when i still cant 36* i was somewhat considering e2s1 acheron but i agree with you that her kit just looks so boring to play i dont wanna summon just for meta dps i wanna be able to use my favourites to clear content
i think my goal for now might be to save up a bunch of summons for potential kafka/blackswan/Dr.ratio eidolons i would like to see some Fire and Physical DoT characters eventually though

Really weird to see so many people dont have Ruan Mei. She was the first 5* Harmony aside of Bronya so for most people i know she was a no Brainer to pull especially since she made the Broken AF Jingliu even more Broken back then. And she made Dual DPS Teams more usable.
That many people also just started or came back during Penacony 2.0

I think HuoHuo for first part of 2.3 and then Argenti second half or can be flip. Cause Jade wants Argenti or other aoe character to function. While HuoHuo i personally want her lightcone but that is low priority.
