Sure hope Sarah looked up some of this stuff, because it's almost unbelievable really. Ford's rubber farming city in Brazil was a truly nutty thought that should have stayed just that.
"You were worse for Michigan than Flint's water pipes." No one here commented on this one so I'll explain it. When the auto industry was in Detroit it brought in huge jobs and economic success but after Ford and other auto companies left Detroit it basically crashed Michigan's entire economy and turned Detroit into the poor destitute city it's known as today.
6:20 In the behind the scenes video, they explain why Marx has this accent because he was Prussian (part Russian and part German.) He hadn't been recorded so they had to guess how he sounded like. To comment about the teaser images at the end of the ERB: The match will most likely be Tom Cruise (famous action movie star that "does a lot of his own stunts") vs Evel Knievel (famous daredevil stunt driver) vs Haruo Nakajima (original actor that was in the Godzilla suit that did his own stunts) or aka the match of the stuntmen.
Prussia only sounds like Russia in englisch. In german it's "Preußen" and Russia is "Russland". Both got some connecting points and Kaliningrad was part of Prussia once, but that's pretty much it.
Many not history oriented people won't catch this but Engels was not a capitalist. He was a true believer in Marx's ideologies and it's not uncommon for some rich or business owner people to side with working people throughout history so the hypocrite line doesn't really work either.
Its just the classic fallacious "ab utili" argument. I can't really blame people for making it as popular as it is, though. In some way its absolutely genius. Its a really nice design of a Catch-22 to only leave one path for change open and then complain when that path is actually taken as a result. But it didn't really work back then just as it isn't today. I think when people feel like they fight literal evil, the "you are a hypocrite" slander just doesn't cut it.
Soneone read some Lenin 😏. I hear you ober there with that late stage capitalism talk. If you read lenin and believe in the idea of late stage capitalism why arent you a marxist or a Leninist?
Lenin overall called the Soviet Union what it was able to reach: state capitalism. He was fine with that at that point - as a step toward socialism, with the means of production in politicial control from which you could work on destributing it the way socialism wants it = the economy working for the whole society. This of course never took part, not only because of inner conflict, but you simply can't work on such a system when you are constantly threatened from the outside. Neither socialism nor communism are systems made for warfare. You can see that how what we call "democracies" already cancel elections during war time, so even cancel this little glimpe of pseudo power the peopel got with their vote. Socialism and even more communis goes much further than that, with the power simply in general in the hands of the people. But warfare demands a harsh hierarchy - especially one with such an extreme as fighting against a planed genocide. USSR was constantly attacked fromt he outside since birth, leading to a mangled corpse after 2.WW, just to be instantly threatened again, this time even with nukes. Same for China. Both just reached today the state where you could think about reaching even socialism. If Russia even thinks about that anymore? No one knows but itself. China talks about trying to reach socialism somewhere around 2050.

I'd say Ford took the first verse. After that, Marx absolutely obliterated Ford honestly.
Facts
Naming your children the same first name, but different middle names, was a common thing to do in that part of the world at the time.
Ford brought insults based on the meme-y version of his ideas.
Marx brought straight up facts that laid him out
