See, I never thought what Kate did was wrong in raising Aaron. Claire just up and disappeared, leaving Aaron behind. And she had no intention of coming back for him. She even told Locke that she was fine, nothing to worry about. On the Island, the adage "it takes a village" really applied to Aaron. Charlie was like a father, Kate a second mother. And since Claire was going to give the child up to begin with, I think Kate was the perfect choice. She loved Aaron as if he were her own. There was nothing greedy about it. Not to mention, she did deliver Aaron, and had a connection with her.

I love this show. watched 2 times !!!

Aaron will get over his trauma once he accepts that Carole is his grandmother. For once in her life, Kate did the right thing.

This to me was the best of Kate- she finally stopped being selfish and put Aaron's needs over her own. She clearly would rather roll naked over a mile of tacks and sandpaper then go back to the island, but she knows Aaron needs his mother. She gave up the life she'd found off island and went back to the one place she hates on the chance that Claire is still alive- I had to give Kate credit for that.

The "Oh SHIT!" look on Ben's face when he woke up to Locke standing over him was my favorite Ben moment in the entire series 🙂.

This was one of my favorite episode, namely because of Miles and Hurley trying to sort out all the timey wimey madness they were in 🙂

Ben Linus was no "baby Hitler". What Sayid did was purely selfish and despicable. I get tired of people making excuses for Sayid shooting a 12 year-old boy. I find that despicable as well. The Dharma Initiative is also a piece of work. Despite Sayid admission that he wasn't one of the Others while drugged, they had decided not to believe him and have him executed anyway. I'm not surprised that Sawyer's Dharma life was falling apart. He had created a massive and unnecessary lie about him, Juliet and the other time travelers. His lies are starting to catch up to the lot of them. Just as the lies and illusions of the Oceanic Six caught up to them. By the way, it was very necessary for the O6 to return. And Ben Linus was no baby Hitler. What Sayid did was despicable and selfish.

He would TRY to kill baby Hitler... because remember: whatever happened, happened. By the rules of time travel Lost uses, you can't actually change the past as it was always meant to be. Which is kinda sad, really.

Ben Linus was never another Hitler. He DID NOT order the Dharma purge. It was never his style. I had no idea that after 3 years, Sawyer still had issues about Jack. Arranging for Jack to a workman or janitor, and the comments about Jack's decision 3 years earlier? If Sawyer was referring to the decision to contact the Kahana, he would have made that same choice if he had been in Jack's shoes. Because he had supported that decision.

Fun fact. Cesare in the end credits just standing there with his head tilted is a reference to the movie that his character is based on, "The Cabinet of Dr Caligari". Where "Cesare" is a somnambulist (sleepwalker) whos never been awake, being carted around by the titular Dr Caligari to commit various crimes wherever he stops to do his shows. Whenever hes revealed to the audience from his box he's standing exactly like that.

Back in "The Hunting Party" from S2, Sawyer had blamed Tom for shooting him on Michael's raft. This goes completely against Sawyer's excuse for murdering Tom in this episode. First of all, either Sawyer was blind as a bat at the time of his shooting on the raft, or he possessed a truly shitty memory. Tom had never shot Sawyer. After Tom had expressed his intent to kidnap Walt, Sawyer reached for his gun . . . and one of Tom's companions shot him, leading him to fall in the water. That is correct. Another member of the Others had shot Sawyer, not Tom. Nor did Tom order the man to shoot Sawyer. However, being true to his character, Sawyer blamed Tom and nursed a grudge to kill the latter in retaliation for his pain. Also, surely Sawyer was aware that Ben was behind Walt's kidnapping. Yet, he never went after Ben for it. I think that despite being a con man, Sawyer tend to be a brainless dick sometimes.

Why did Ben kill Locke? If he had wanted the latter dead, why not simply allow him to commit suicide? And if he had been following Locke around, surely Ben would have known about Locke's visits to Eloise Hawking? This scene has never made any sense to me.

Many not history oriented people won't catch this but Engels was not a capitalist. He was a true believer in Marx's ideologies and it's not uncommon for some rich or business owner people to side with working people throughout history so the hypocrite line doesn't really work either.

When the auto industry was in Detroit it brought in huge jobs and economic success but after Ford and other auto companies left Detroit it basically crashed Michigan's entire economy and turned Detroit into the poor destitute city it's known as today.

I just realized something, (spoilers btw) If the mailbox told them about who wrote the journal, they would be so confused and question how their great uncle Stan knew about the journals or mysteries, while not knowing that he has a twin brother, of course.

Minilla isn’t a gorilla. Minilla is the adopted son of Godzilla (he’s called Minya in the English dub). Minilla is most famous for only being able to blow atomic smoke rings, and his father has to step on Minilla’s tail to get him to shoot an actual atomic breath. Minilla came around at a time during the Showa Era (1954-1975) when Godzilla was becoming more kid-friendly and comedic, which is why they made the VERY wise choice to reboot the franchise with the Heisei Era (1984-1995) and revert Godzilla back to his roots of being this unstoppable god of destruction and a metaphor for the danger of misusing nuclear power.
