- Sharing a few tips I've learnt from trial and error and being a patron of Courtney Dias aka Little Raven Ink on how to get better quality HP Sprocket prints.

Thank you for the tips. I will have to try this. My photos are sometimes “dull” so this will be helpful.
Thanks for the tips! Very helpful
Hello, I don't know if the feature was available when this video was posted, but I just discovered that you can edit the images in the sprocket app by tapping the pencil icon in the upper right corner of the screen. Hope this helps anyone who doesn't want to download a separate app.
Sprocket printers use temperature to make the colors. So if you live in extreme climates you don't want to open the packs until just before you use them
Thanks for sharing.
I was really enjoying when I saw Your video And it is very helpful me , thanks lovely one 😘
Thanks for the great tips Tanya!
Thanks a big help
My photos have been turning out super pink. Have you had any problems with this?
Hi :) I find the quality of the prints can be really variable - I get some great results sometimes and then very mediocre ones as well. I suspect you are perhaps upping the contrast/colour balance a bit too much? I've pretty much accepted that what I print out is going to be fairly average quality wise - I love it for the portability aspect and it is fun to use - but if I want a really good photo I still go back to using my big printer. Hope this helps!
Tanya Hubbard Thank you for the response! Unfortunately, I hadn’t edited a couple of photos and they still printed out pink... I haven’t seen any solution anywhere so I thought I’d ask! Thanks for the help ❤️
@@jordie1303 I wonder if the paper is an issue; I've found that when I get old stock the pictures never seem to print nicely; but yea I think it is a bit of a hit and miss with these little printers
After I've printed 4 photos the paper starts to curl then jams on the next print out. Have you any tips to stop the zinc paper from curling?
Hi; I wonder if it would help if you removed the paper and put it back in with the little blue backing and have the printer think that a new set of papers were put in? Hope that works!
My photos come out very yellow. I buy the HP Zinc paper. It gets shippped via Amazon. I live in the northern part of Montana, so I the paper may be getting damaged by the cold climate. Is that even a possiblity? Can the paper just be coming from a supplier that's exposed the paper to heat? Maybe the paper is old? The firmware must be up to date, as it doesn't show any need for me to update. Anyway, my HP Sprocket (so far) has been a huge let down. If anyone knows a fix, please reply. Thanks for the nice video.
thanks for watching :) I'm not sure about the paper; I know in my experience if I buy a pack of paper and then don't use it for a long time - my prints come out much like yours have. I've also decided to accept lower quality prints and just enjoy the convenience of being able to take the sprocket with me and print on the go. It's never going to give me perfect looking photos but it is a fun little gadget :)
I had recently purchased my HP Sprocket 200 and now I am currently experiencing problems with the print quality just after three uses. I noticed after printing out some photos have red spots or blotches on them. I am worried that this will be an ongoing problem whenever I print something from my HP Sprocket and I don’t know what’s causing that problem and I need help. 😥
I have heard of the red spots. Are you still having that problem? I just bought one today & now I’m wondering if I should return it..
What's the name of the app you use?
There's a lot of lines in any picture that I print what do I do
Same
It could be because it’s not fully charged
What is APP¿? it is yellow
After a while of using my sprocket began to print greenish photos, has it happen to anyone else? 😭😭
What should I do..
Hi; I've found the best prints I get are when my sprocket is fully charged and I use a fresh pack of print papers. I think if you leave the paper in it for too long; that is when one gets photos that aren't the greatest; I also think that if the paper you're using has been stored for too long before use; that plays a part as well; just a feeling I have from using mine a lot.
I opened a fresh pack and printed a few all kind of greenish dull
does it print while charging?tia
yes it does
