There is a vid of a guy breaking a circle etching with numbers around it, like a compass. He broke it down to 4 quadrants, saving the laser from crossing the work area. He went from 38 min. to 8 min. Also, the de focus would be great for filling in large areas, or does it overlap because it is thinking it is etching a fine line?
That depends. If you're only engraving the wood, then sure. It will still be warped. But if you're cutting smaller pieces from the wood, then they will not be warped, or the warpage per part will be significantly reduced.
I'm guessing you didn't watch the entire video if you think that? Half the hacks didn't even show a specific laser. We also had our Universal laser in one segment. None of the hacks in this video would require you to have a Trotec laser.

Great video. Just ordered my transfer tape and I saved your video to remind me of the other hacks. Simple yet effective ideas.
Will be buying some clip art on the future!
Good tips here. Do you have a video on defocusing?

Do you like Universal or Trotec lasers better
The warped wood hack isn't really a good hack since the wood is still warped after you are done.

Oka this is a Trotec ad.
