Mark Nowhereman. We need long-term solution to the problem. Tell them to plant veggies like tomatoes, ampalaya, monggo, kangkong and alugbati etc. “Give them fish” and also “teach them how to fish” as well as the saying goes. Thanks for all the help!

The baby is so cute! I really hope they don’t have any more children till they make a comfortable living. They are very grateful. The husband was teary eyed as you can see him wiping his face as Cesar opened the boxes. I wished they were given cash as well.

I see lots of empty land which are unused plant something.i plant vegetables and lemons so sometimes i have free food from mother earth. Try this out.
It's a great idea, and I agree. But not practical or reality. They don't own the empty land, so they are not allowed to grow anything on it. Even if they grow on it, other will steal their vegetable. Many hungry people are in the same area. That's why in many of the videos, there is a caretaker house on the farmland to be right there.
I think its okay of the vegetables stolen by others. Better than none.
We should put aside our differences for the common good. I used to have fruits and vege and we give to people who need them. The earth belongs to every one.
My grandmother used to have a little garden and a few chickens in the backyard. I never seen any effort to survive in many of this videos. What about giving them some seeds too.

Pls ask these unfortunate people to add more water while cooking rice and not to filiter out the water after the rice is cooked. Add salt drink the rice porridge. It will not need any viand. One can add some grated coconut also , which is widely available in Philippines.
