Hi! I watched the video, but didn’t show me how to open the carafe. Is it from the handle?
The lid lifts off by the handle, forgot to add that in.

Just listen for it to stop percolating. It gets loud as you run out of water.

I bought this model back in 2012 made excellent coffe, lasted about 3 years then broke. Bought the same model to replace it and the coffe was awful I think they put a cheapo heating element in the newer ones.
I could almost smell it..... gotta go to the bathroom.

I purchased a new cuisinart and it has only produced lukewarm to cold coffee! I've never gotten a good cup of coffee from it.

Nope, I've had this one for years and none of the taste I've had in some of my aluminum water bottles.
Why is it 4 cups of coffee and you only use 4 spoons of coffee? Isnt it 2 tablespoons for every cup of coffee? shouldn't it be 6?

Help!! I know this will sound silly but how do you get the coffee carafe lid off??? I'm having a little trouble. Is it even supposed to come off? I wanted to fill it with water to pour in the coffeemaker. Thanks!
This is something I missed. The lid comes off very easy by lifting from the back of the carafe near the top of the handle.
Might get one. I like the stainless steel pot.
@@CounterClutter I got it on Amazon WITH a gold steel filter for $28. Research it a little. There's 2 options.
This coffee maker makes disgusting coffee, I've tried different brands of ground coffee. Spent so much and ended up throwing it in the garbage every time along with wasted cream and sugar.
