  • The new MEINL Travel Didgeridoo is small in size but big in sound. The zigzag design on the inside enables authentic didgeridoo sounds. Its compact size makes it the perfect instrument to take on the road or to the studio without taking too much space.

    The didgeridoo (also known as a didjeridu) is a wind instrument developed by Indigenous Australians of northern Australia around 1,500 years ago and still in widespread use today both in Australia and around the world. It is sometimes described as a natural wooden trumpet or drone pipe. Musicologists classify it as a brass aerophone.

      @Blake839 stop being such a dumbass. Nobody said it was complicated. And just because it's complicated doesn't mean it's better. They used this instrument to copy sounds from different animals and other stuff they heard around them, not to try to perform a sonata by Mozart.

    • @thehoodlen
      @thehoodlen Před 3 lety +2

      Blake839 A didgeridoo can’t do what a piano can but I’ve never heard a piano do what a didgeridoo can. Stop acting like any one instrument is better than another. They all have the same cultural importance.

      Though I do not play any wind instruments, I would think the Didgeridoo would be one of the most difficult to master. I mean for one, brass and woodwind players really do not need to take breathe in the middle of a note - while simultaneously playing. I love all instruments, but this one (the didgeridoo) is definitely on my top ten list!
