1 major point missed on this one - no mention of the lb7 needing a pump rub kit! While the trans is out, there’s no better time to inspect for damage to the case and check if one was installed already; do the upgrade if not.
I am not sure how we missed that! But the T-case did get a pump rub kit.

@@Duramaxtuner hey Nick - hopefully a quick trans/converter question. The kit in the video looks like it's spec'd with a Goerend X. What differences should I expect if I changed that to a Goerend G? I can't ask Mike anymore ;( Thanks!

Must be nice to have all that money to throw around did you not just put a 6-speed conversion in the transmission last episode? And now you're completely replacing the transmission?
You are correct, we put the conversion in the transmission first as we had a fair amount of highway driving coming up.
Once we were ready to build the transmission we went through the valve body and transferred it over to the built transmission.

@@ontariocashcropfarmer4955 shit happens is the best response for what you said. i bought a new set of wheels just to have a hub break and have to buy another wheel things happen when building trucks.
