My method at start
1) Start the work immediately after ending reverse counting from 5.
2)Set your boundaries & ur attention should within that boundary i.e, if you're writing in notebook then that page is your boundary.
3) Use Pomodoro technique.
4) Use flow state (every time increase your work speed by 10%)
5) Do meditate for at least 10 mins
6) Do some activities on sharp time
ie., exercise, meditation, sleep, wake up, start of work
