    Drone footage allows you to see into the water. That's one reason for more sightings.

    Stop feeding sharks the state should shut down all shark feeding activities immediately. That is so wrong ! Also stop
    Fishing boats to throw thier fish inner parts one mile over board ! That is also calling the sharks to shore ! Common sense, not nonsense we need to remember that’s where sharks live in the ocean we have to do better! 💪🏽🙏🏽

    • @jw7438
      @jw7438 Před rokem

      What shark feeding activities get? You not even supposed to hook/fish for sharks, its against the LAW.
      As a small kine commercial LAWAI'A (fisherman). I dive, fish from shore and from a boat. You give the shark food and he leave you alone. Never got to film it but it has happened twice for me. Never take your eyes off of them, swim backwards facing them and give them a piece of your catch (if you get?) then tell em "sorry🙏 for stealing THEIR food."
      Maybe I was lucky/blessed, but luck only gets you so far. I base it on RESPECT. If sharks feed on anything in the MOANA, what is dumping a mile out going to change? You can't stop them from roaming "THEIR" home. Common sense - stay out or leave, if you don't get it?
      As a KANAKA (Polynesian bloodline) myself, the shark is an AUMAKUA (spiritual ancestors in plant and animal forms) for some, mine is the PUEO (hawaiian owl), Would you kill your grandparents/parents/siblings AGAIN just so others can swim?
      FUN FACT: most of you who come to the islands just stand like flamingos in the MOANA anyway. what, no can swim?
