"Okay It's rest time, food time, and radiation time."
it's always radiation time in chernobyl
@@Raymanbuilder but sometimes it is also food time and rest time 🔥
haha look at the auto generated cc for that bit
Shiey: alright we are heading that way (shows the way)
Other guy: walks in the opposite direction...
I love how Google maps is always trying to suggest something. 'Hey, wanna explore the exclusion area? Here's some cafes'
Someone should buy bigfoot costume and slip by tourists now and then. start a legend of mutated ape man walking around the forests of Chernobyl.
🤯
its all fun and games until the guards clap you
Or a glow in the dark costume. Then the legend of Mutation Man will begin.
dev dev I like the idea but not he radiation
This would be awesome as fuck but walking in their with a costume all the time and making that journey would suck so bad lol
22:11 "Yellow moon. Anton said that means it's gonna be cold. He knows the moon language."
Cool.
That Checkmate dude looks like he’s questioning this entire existence every time he’s on camera
He seems like someone who wears fedoras and should have a neckbeard
He was sad coz shiey didnt give him a fistbum 😭
@@pussyyyy I don't think anyone wants a fistbum
@@tarik567 Nah he seems like a bro
Tk Ha I looked up neck beard now I gotta go shave 😂
yo keep that content going man🔥
shure...when came out another flashlight
Imagine taking a picture, looking at it at home and seeing someone looking down on you from a window xD
Creepy
"go to Chernobyl to feel isolation and loneliness", people said ... wtf, there's tourists, security and other explorers everywhere, the place is fkin crowded with humans...
It’s the most famous tourist site
you can see the tourist paths through the rubble.
@@blest09 More famous than the eiffel tower, big ben, statue of liberty, egpytian pyramids, etc? You sure?
tired in Russia ? Yeah am sure you dumb shit , this ain’t the only site world wide .
@@blest09 Chernobyl isn't in Russia...
"But at least we are gonna not have cancer"

But I don't think that's how that works though

One of the best CZcams channels. Period.
The Wise Owl agree so much literally makes my day to see him upload
Is there any others like his channel
Other channels are so deep into their own ego, this guy is just showing what he loves to do on simple non-abnoxeous and no BS, and no attantion-whoring fluff... just good content.
👌 a good YT channel.
@@hatchetman4161 there are some good urbex channels from Belarus, Russia and Ukraine
But Shiey is the best english speaking channel about urbex with real actions
Time to become a patron..... Presuming your arent one already
"With great amount of tourist comes great amount of security" Uncle Shiey
Nobody gonna talk about that majorly depressing amount of time it took before shieys friends saw that he wanted to fistbump them??
They were EXHAUSTED. The runing from the Factory to the "minicamp" would be enough to drain them, THEN there is the long walk WITH the heavy backpacks...
-> The only one who had a good sleep that week was maybe the "sherpa guide" Anton (and that was almost 3 days before). No wonders they are slow to react.
I kind of think they were over him lol
@@SmokeDrawRepeat It did look like Anton was done with it all.
Exploring with Shiey ain't for the weak lol
6:19 how you just gonna walk by that painting an not say anything lol
hahaha nice catch.
Ryan I seen that and wondered. That’s fresh!
I may just be seeing things. But I think I see Barry B. Benson on that bus door at 6:40
That water you guys gathered must've been some good shit.

Lol, or just drink whiskey like the rest of us degenerates. Vodka=water (to an alcoholic lol)
From playing CoD4 i always imagined it was nothing but cloudy in Pripyat, but it actually looks like the weather is beautiful there
It was filmed in summer I think.
@@EinkOLED Definitely wasn't. You can have some fancy weather in russia, even on autumn.
How to make a good attraction complex in the Soviet union:
✅Build a real city
✅Destroy and irradiate it
✅Wait 30 years
✅Ready for tourists

I'd love to see workers reaction if they see this
Gabriel Gavrilă They can’t react anymore

It's a regular occurrence. They would not be surprised. Stalkers get caught all the time.
When* they see this hahaha
"we're gonna rest near the red forest"
"You wanna eat the red forest?"
"Yes, I wanna eat the red forest"
How far this road?
"-Not right now."
Uh, okay.
@@Suchtzocker "Don't ask me these questions right now, the map doesn't work properly", something like this. Hope you're still curious about it))
My man was fed up lol
I love to watch these Chernobyl videos before I go to sleep
Rade so true
13:47 It's funny how democratically the Checkmate translated what Anton said annoyedly: "oh, don't ask such questions now, I have no time for a map at all" as just "not right now" XD
OK. Anton's patience was being tested man.
Shiey: “That’s why I’m keeping my voice down, to.”
His feet & the leaves: *Cronch.*
Been with your channel since the start off the train hopping series stayed for everything else including the music bro keep up the great work 👌
Same
The Jupiter factory in Pripyat officially produced tape recorders, but it was actually a secret manufacturing plant for military equipment. It had nothing to do with the power plant. I wanted to check out the factory when visiting Pripyat this summer, but at least when on an official tour, the area is supposedly off-limit for tourists.
As a kid I remember Jupiter vacuum cleaners? Nothing else.
I wonder how many batteries bank they had for the whole journey
Solar charger maybe
Imagine like 20 powerbanks lmao
1 Uranium bar
They tapped into reactor core #2 to charge their electronics
They probably didn't need any with all those rads
Big up Anton the guide 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
Omg, love this series, keep it up man
Just the sickest footage! I´ve seen so much of that stuff but you gave a whole new feel to it. Maybe its the fact that you are not legally there. Very very interesting! Keep up the good work bro! Thumbs up!
17:28 "We're gonna walk around but at least, we're gonna not have cancer. Or at least not as much of it."
Aim for "not have cancer". Having cancer, even "not as much of it" is bad. Cancer is a slow and painful death.
Speak english please
I like how they used google maps for this entire journey. THANKS GOOGLE!
I here that thing in the back of McDonald's beeping, dose that mean there's raidiation back there 😂
Angelo yes. How do you think they make their fries so tasty? 😳
I was gonna comment this 😂😂
I LOVE this ASMR-y editing you did there, without music and with very few cuts. It really lets the viewer get into the adventure !
Next step : Baikonur Cosmodrome I guess
OMG this zone is going to eat us all!!!
Didn't expect you here lol.
Amazing that TayZonday would be here, damn.
This is a certified bruh moment.
The Jupiter factory reminds me of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Call of Pripyat, where the factory itself exist in the game world :D.
Duga radar also exist in S.T.A.L.K.E.R Clear Sky in limansk level.
Stay safe,stay cheeki breeki, shiey ! :)
What an incredible journey, so cool to watch these. You must be having an amazing time; while it must all feel fragile to a degree, it's all the more reason to cherish these moments.
Thank you for sharing!!
Literally insane. Loved following along on this journey. Thanks for this content
Greetings from Morro Bay California. I love your content, bro! Thanks for creating and sharing your adventures.
There are these three tall smoke stacks that are no longer in use at an old power plant here in Morro Bay. Everytime I look at them, I think to myself, I wish Shiey could climb those!
I live in bakersfield California I have a question. Do those power plants work or able to explode?
@@harmonyestrada98 I'm not sure if you're asking me or if you're trying to communicate with Shiey? The old power plant here in Morro Bay is no longer operating, so I assume that wouldn't be possible. I think a small part of the plant is still running but not the part that includes the three tall stacks.
@@illaJay831 Oh. Also yes I was actually trying to communicate with you😅
Jason M. How cool. Was there for Holliday in Summer. Quite a nice town and also thought about climbing these! Must be sick!
" he knows the moon language"
Yes, Shiey, all Ukrainians know the moon language. it is standard policy.
18:49 His friend's face is like: I wish I was home right now =))))
9:13 You got photosniped by that guy in white
This is one of the many reasons why he keeps his mask when recording (if he is partially distracted by keeping the camera angles & narration, he may lack proper reflexes to hide in time).
Wait i can’t see him is he at 9:13 exactly?

The forest is apparently one of the most radioactive sites of chenobyl apart from the epicentre
Great series, although at times... It seemed our dudes were walking on eggshells with annoyance of each other. Glad they dint pull something fucked up as bouncing on our boy and abandoning him in the middle of a radioactive wasteland.
I've been watching your stuff for a long time now and wanted to thank you for animating me and other people all over the world, you're stuff is inspirational and astounishing qualitativ.
Best part of the week has arrived! Thank you Shiey!
I've always wanted to do such a trip in Cernobyl, i dont even know where to begin but when i'll be a little bit older i think im gonna try and make the perfect plan and just go for it with a friend(hope i find someone who knows the place like your friend)
no dont make a plan! going without one makes everything 10x funnier
peps dying in dense woods so fun 😂
If you ever go there call me I would like to cooperate😁
Also tell me your social media so we can chat
Hey, where are you from, count me in :D
Holy shit I can't wait for next part already
I was so hyped for this and didn't get disappointed
The content this guy makes is amazing! No music or special edits. Just pure Chernobyl goodness.
When i first watched this channel it had roughly 20/30k subs, now it's half a million, so great that the independent creators are still rocking
Nice ! A lot of work has went in all of your series man ! Keep it up !
Dude,we miss your livestreams,i saw your every livestream from first to last one,do more, they are so fun!! great videos in chernobyl!
best exploring series so far, keep it up
Dude. I love watching your videos. This was an epic adventure. Thanks for sharing it.
Running from tourists is like all the classic cartoon scenes of scooby doo where they're running through the doors sometimes get away sometimes find each other again just funny but scary
Just checked for a new video and then got the noti xD Love you man keep the content up!
I just love your Chernobyl videos man.
Keept that good stuff going.
Radiation kept him warm for the night!
Next time bring Steve1989MRE and every time you take a rest put him on camera so he can open some oldass WW2 MRE. Nice.... let's put this on a tray.
Lmao
I was just thinking about having MREs for this kind of trip lol
*Shiey and Steve say nice at the same time*
I've visited Duga two years ago. It's a huge and massive construction. He will definitely climb that thing in a next video. That will be unbelievable experience.
19:47 "He's more back backpack now than man..."
I love this content, I wish I could do this exploring stuff with you. Awesome videos, keep it up 🤞
Man, u are so amazing!
have been waiting for this!!
what a timing, i just found this series and this just popped up after i watched part 3
Anton : The guide
Shiey : The Explorer
The other guy : I want to go home 😭
Well, isn't he the translator?
But he is the bigger guy, I hope he knows how to fight.
Nah
@@ryfo2294 You are correct. The "sherpa guide" Anton does not seem to know enough english to properly comunicate complex ideas & strategies ( _"eat the forest"_ ). So having a reliable translator in the team is very important [specially when they have to deal with other S.T.A.L.K.E.R.S. , turists, guides or security ].
Damn you really got me hooked. I just want to watch the next one. This place has always been an area I'd love to explore.
My Man! I just discovered your channel and can't stop watching! Keep it up!
Yes The nexxt part !!!! I LOVE YOU!!!
This has been so amazing. I giggle like a school girl when I see the next episode posted.
Phew, I thought this was the last one...! Incredible stuff, keep up the good work!
loving the series dude!
Love these videos. Great work!
5:53 busses and theatre area featured in the Chernobyl horror movie, pretty cool seeing you explore IRL
You should have taken a look at the radiation level o the firefighters boors in Pripyat hospital. And Duga was was a Soviet over-the-horizon radar system used as part of the Soviet missile defense early-warning radar network. The system operated from July 1976 to December 1989. Two operational Duga radars were deployed, one near Chernobyl and Chernihiv in the Ukrainian SSR, the other in eastern Siberia.
this is amazing man the content is peaceful and please do not get caught
This series is the best thing on youtube rn
Really loving your exploring, like "walking Dead" survivors. Seems like the Radiation will last forever. In the ground. In the water probably taken up into the rain that rains back down again.
When he got to the factories and said "oh hey a bottle of vodka" i literally died laughing XD
Nice videos, really enjoy watching them! Cheers from Estonia!
Thanks for uploading your Chernobyl video's, you let us show so much !
Jupiter looks pretty sick, lots more small stuff than I expected is still in one piece. Should be a good spook to explore when the sun is setting.
You guys have been lucky with tourists so far. Only forced to face one group and met with a chill guide while at it, total bargain.
So, the famous Woodpecker on the next video. A flashlight with a tighter beam (as in, the Warrior you did the ad for, not sure you had it back then) than the flood of your trusty headlamp there would have illuminate it nicely for the camera. (Speaking of headlamp, I wonder how many battery changes you went through in the entire journey, those lithium ion cells are pretty fat and you don't seem to have done things at night too often.)
keep up with the good work i love your videos, literally love them
Richtig gut, wie immer! Bester Channel hier!!
This is so cool, keep the work up!!
Perhaps what is a big deal for me is just a baseline for you. It's amazing how much you put yourself out of the comfort zone and push yourself to break limits. You bring a whole new boundary when it comes to getting an adventure.
I don't believe it, part 4 already after 5 days since last part!! :D
Been waiting for this one. Stay free , safe travels man.
Ok I’m hooked .. I wanted you to go into every building too!
Made my day :) love the adventures like always
I love this keep it going I’m begging 🥺 it’s really interesting and keep up the good work
Nice video was waiting for a long while
Damn, whish i was there. seems really fun! i enjoy your content a lot my guy. Keep it up!
i want to watch it again after the series has finished coz its so good
apart from the content being ace and the film itself is on a great pace and with lots of action and interaction, the fucking sound is SO good. My speakers are having a great time with all that foliage and crackling stuff under your feet. it's so clear!
