Kevin's "It's not money, though" comment was so on point. Commentators always saying "Oh but that was a perfect shot" after an unlucky kick or rollaway, but obviously it wasn't perfect...
nah man it was socially awkward at best, jerm was being encouraging. He wouldnt have immediately followed it up by laughing at himself and continuing to talk if he didnt get the uncomfortable vibe from everyone else.

@@JonReid01 bro for sure, like jerm and barri roooasst each other in practice rounds because they have that relationship, the way Kevin comes off to jerm here though is just not the vibe at the time
@@CritBeatsRaw I completely agree with this. Idk if it's just me but Kevin Jones always seems to come off a bit rude. Just like you said, you can tell between Jerm and Paul that they're good friends and joke around a lot. When it comes to KJ, I really can't tell when he's joking around or not.
You gotta give Kevin that! He had a clear line thru those bushes/branches that was 40ft away AND he nailed the putt!! COUNT IT!!

Good stuff. Would love to see this with Sexy's 700' roller (or Eagles') next time you are at those respective courses. Also McBeth's 545' park job over the trees (with GG, Simon, Calvin, and Drew ideally). Nico's albatross when USDGC week rolls around? Yes please. Barsby's roller ace next month perhaps? Daddy likes.

This has such a game-show type of feel, similar to skins matches but keeping it fresh with the format! Needs a bit more trash talking though, I know Kevin can really dish it out during the skins rounds on GK

I love the fact disc golf is a game/sport where your body type and height literally does not matter. I have thrown with Big Jerm, and with Ken Jarvis, who would fit under Big Jerm's armpit easily, and yet Ken could out-thrown Jerm for distance in both backhand and forehand.
I love the fact Gregg is a world champion who played a mile above his rating to take out worlds, and I love the fact he's a pitch putter.
The fact so many body types, and such huge differences in technique both putting and driving can lead to a world championship/USDGC win is what makes disc golf great! It gives every young disc golfer hope that they too, might one day be at the pinnacle of disc golf.

This felt faster and more interesting than the 5 rounds of 2. 2 rounds of 4 and then have a prize pool for the last 2 could also be interesting. Love this new segment and I love that you guys are still experimenting with it!

I love seeing confirmation of how difficult/awesome to pull off in-tournament shots like this one are. Make me savor my 1 in a thousand great drives all the more!. Just wish I could put outside the circle as well as Kevin!
jomez genuinely makes disc golf that much better. i have been in and out of playing but jomez always inspires me with their content to keep having fun with it when i watch stuff like this.
I think in the back of my mind I already kinda knew I wanted it, but after this I'd like to see Gregg on commentary or hosting for this type of thing, he's so upbeat and fun

Watching Barsby immediately dial in on the shot was fascinating. It almost seemed like those scorpious needed some more seasoning and he would make the shot reliably.

Other than competition this is by far my favorite content you guys put out. New to jomez this content is absolutely amazing. I don't even play disc golf but to watch pro's try to re create the shots made in competition by another pro in the moment is fu--ing cool ad he-l .

Loved it! I mean I was sad to find out that he missed the put after such a nice shot but I was very happy that he can make a bit of fun of himself and surprise ppl like me that didn't know beforehand that he never nailed the put and still make this video concept to recreate the awsome shot. This video was fantastic imo in so many ways. =)
And a little awkward that Jones actually eagled the hole, and Jerm shushed it.

This is a great format, just giving some of the best throwers in the world a chance to go out there and do something great. It also gives context as to how truly amazing some of the throws are that we see in tournament play.

I think the rules state the disc is considered parked if it's under 11 feet from the pin. I could absolutely be wrong though
