At both your videos (here at 2:02) you mentioned that because this server has already installed & configured dns and dhcp services, both boxes should be checked. What if this server hadnt those roles installed or had only one? Does that mean you should uncheck the relevant boxes? Is the issue only for dhcp I imagine since there is no box related to dns options there.
