My dears, I encourage you to watch Charles and Camilla's phone call, HERE: czcams.com/video/-F45z5FlfAw/video.html
No, don't. Would you like to have one of your intimate conversations made public through nefarious means?
"Why should the Church of England have a monopoly on the Crown?"
*smash cut to Henry VIII rolling in his grave*
A guy who cuts off two of his 6 wives head still runs the show. That’s the weakness of monarchy
Henry VIII was essentially Catholic but just named himself the Pope. Queen Anne and William of Orange however would be pissed to hear this.
Good. I hope he's doing a lot more than rolling
A large part of the controversy centered on secret recordings made of conversations between Charles and Camela (sp?). People were shocked to hear such juvenile comments as Charles telling her he wanted to be a tampon to get inside of her. Additionally, the press regularly praised Diana for her charity work, role as a loving mother and her fashion sense - while focusing on Charles’ often old fashioned views (his dislike of modern architecture, for example), how dowdy he was, and downplayed efforts he made to help others less fortunate.
Nobody likes modern architecture.
@@feelmehish8506 I like modern architecture.
Great acting.
I never understood the controversy over Charles admitting adultery. By then everyone knew about him and Camilla. Denying it would have only made things worse.
I think a lot of people were repulsed by the fact that he married Diana - got her pregnant twice while he was married to Camilla the whole time - that is totally different to adultery which many people understand as one night stands or affairs
It’s like prince harry and spare, people can suspect all the way but saying it out loud suddenly makes it offensive.
@@TheMouse-gc9ftTHIS. As long as everyone WINKS at what’s happening, it’s fine.
and everyone also knew that Diana was not the innocent girl she pretended to be, with her at least 30 -I wouldn't even call them lovers - sex partners
from which she brought TWO BASTARDS; WILLY AND HARRY into the RF !
Diana was seen as the ultimate woman. People thought if she couldn't keep her husband then no one could. People couldn't fathom that he would prefer a plan looking, dowdy older woman (and by that I mean, a woman his age) over a young, charismatic and beautiful damsel. Plus he was probably thinking about the impact on Camilla.
Parker Bowles immediately gets up to call his lawyer and get a divorce lol
The unspoken part about monarchy is how it always prefers infantilization, of monarchs and subjects. Last line by Charles was interesting in that regard.
So Camilla's husband was apparently sleeping with all of her friends and previously had a relationship with Princess Anne, Prince Charles sister while she was sleeping with the very married Prince Charles. 😵💫
Didn't he have other mistresses besides Camilla?
hilarious to rewrite history and have a handsome actor play scraggy rat Chrles
