Omsi 2: How to Fully Remove/Uninstall Mods (maps) from Omsi 2 folder *Tutorial*

Installing maps and mods into Omsi 2 may be easy, but removing mods from your omsi 2 game folder unfortunately is not. Luckily enough in this Omsi 2 tutorial, I show you the most straight forward way that you can fully uninstall or remove a map from Omsi 2 along with its dependencies (scenery objects/splines etc..). While this method may take longer than other games, unfortunately it is the fastest and most practical way to remove maps from omsi 2. Since many Omsi 2 dependencies are used across maps, care must be take when removing scenery objects and splines, hence why I recommend you install the blue sky mod (cdlbt.co/bluesky/) to help you identify which objects are safe to remove.
If you are looking to clear your Omsi 2 folder, it is useful to know that the two folders that take up the most space on your hard drive or solid state drive are vehicles and scenery objects in that order! Remvoing vehicles is very easy, simply delete the folder of the vehicle!

If you are looking to clear space in your Omsi 2 Folder, the vehicles folder will by far take up the most space over 50% (in most cases), followed by scenery objects. So delete any vehicles you are not using or are broken to clear clutter in your Omsi 2 folder and save space!

Hi, no worries mate. Yes it is safe to use, make sure you use link in description. Sites for Omsi 2 mods I would avoid are sharemods.

Ok but if you want to clear all mods from omsi? Is it work if you uninstall omsi and download it back on steam?

You would have to uninstall omsi 2 and then delete or move the remaining omsi 2 directory somewhere else and then reinstall omsi 2. You would then be left with only default maps and buses.

Same process, just remove it from vehicles folder. Check download file and remove all the other things that came with the bus.
