I have my doubts, currently my A0 Seo is doing the same damage as A0 Alicia on different bosses, I think that as a F2P I would prefer to skip her, use the other support water unit Lee Joohee for MP recovery, and make a Seo skill spam build instead, taking advantage that she can also do break damage while Alicia doesn't.
